We are still working through a lot of kinks in the service. We have met or contacted the company weekly to address concerns and issues. It has definitely improved over time but it has been a long time and we experience many complaints from our clients and our staff.
Staff is professional and communicates well. Most importantly, everything is getting cleaned!

Great communication, professionalism and excellent response time. I work for a company with a large foot print and finding quality help in emergency situations can be a challenge. I have requested service from my local Fort Defiance ServiceMaster and they have always stepped up or helped provide services through their net work. The management and office staff are very pleasant and customer focused. I would not hesitate to utilize their services for general cleaning, emergency or disaster restoration.
