Such an amazing job was done! I can’t say enough wonderful things! Reese was such a professional and so friendly! He explained the process, as this was our first time trying Zerorez and were curious. The process took longer than what we’d experienced with Stanley Steamer, but was absolutely worth it! We have white carpet, and it looks like the day we had it installed! We will definitely be supporting Zerorez of Indy! I don’t see myself going back to the other places! They met all the expectations and beyond. I feel like my home is clean for the holidays!

The tech was very informative- quick and fast.
My baseboard was hit with equipment in several different areas and I had to spend 2 hours on hands and knees repairing. The young man was very nice but not careful. Disappointed with how carpet lòoks after cleaning.
I just wanted to say I absolutely loved having Joe as my technician! He is a hard worker very polite and went above and beyond.

Scheduling, communication and staff were excellent. I do not feel like our carpet issues were fixed. We had pet odor and while I knew the treatment may not get 100% rid of it, it was not noticeably better.

You cannot tell that anyone cleaned this carpet. Especially the stairs. They look awful. I fell like I lit $400.00 on fire and tossed it.

My carpet was left streaked. Honestly, this is the second occurrence for the same issue. Last year the same thing happened, they recleaned it sending a technician named, Ryan, did a fabulous job. Called this year, asked for Ryan. Regretably he no longer works there. Was promised they would send me a senior technician. Upon his arrival he appeared to be irritated and put out to be there. Again, adequate time was not given to the project. I would have been better off to go get a rug doctor and do it myself. Bottom line, you group needs to reclean and bring carpets to my satisfaction, or I will have fees reversed off of my credit card.
