I thought you did a great job; a few minor details were overlooked. The bottom shirt on the sofa and loveseat didn't lay as flat as they should have. But overall, nice job.

Your staff is extremely good and your company has a very professional experienced staff working for you. I'm very pleased with the way my carpets turned out and how he showed up before his appointment and explained the process completely.
Nathan, the technician who cleaned my carpets, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions and did an excellent job of cleaning. I also liked the fact that I did not have to vacuum the rugs before moving the furniture back because the cleaning solution that is used doesn't leave any residue.

Customer service. Called after the scheduled cleaning because it left streaks in our Berber carpet. They rescheduled a cleaning for the next week and now carpet is nice and clean.

I appreciated that Zerorez told you upfront what the cost of their services are. Our service technician, Chad Sharp, was knowledgeable, personable, prompt, professional and efficient. He explained every step of the cleaning process for our carpet and also all of the other services Zerorez offered. We will definitely request him for future services. We were amazed with the extractor process in pulling additional dog hair from our carpet after we had just vacuumed. When the cleaning was completed, all of our carpet areas looked unbelievably refreshed and clean.
