Giving a 7 because although the tech did say we should upgrade to the more expensive pet spot cleaner that you offer, I feel like for $200 and only an hour or work, the stains should look better, not worse. The rest of the carpet does look nice and clean, it’s just the stains that look worse than they did before the job.

Joe removed a grease spot from my familyroom carpet. He told me what to expect before he started the removal. So far, Iam very pleased.

Associate was great! Carpet looks amazing
The technician was there less than and hour. He discussed nothing with me in regards to stains in my carpet and did not do a walkthrough afterwards. During the service he asked to use my bathroom and broke my toilet paper holder in my bathroom and leave my water running and said literally nothing to me about it. Then when I brought it up to customer service after I noticed hours later and he was asked about it he wants to lie and say it was loose even though it wasn’t. I don’t appreciate an insinuation that I would lie on this man for no reason.
I paid 189$ for my carpets to look the same, and my bathroom to be broken. I want my bathroom fixed and my carpets actually cleaned.

The techs who have come to my house have been very professional and careful with my furniture and pets. They've also been very open to show me what they are doing and the results they were getting. This was very interesting with the duct cleaning.

The carpet cleaner was on time and cleaned the carpets thoroughly.
The carpet and duct cleaning were great and we are having no issues with allergens.
Our technician, I believe his name was Chad, was very thorough and informative.
Initially we were happy with the overall appearance of how our carpets were cleaned. However later that evening we discovered a fair amount of scuffed paint / chipped paint on a door frame where the tech’s corrugated tubing rubbed against it pretty harshly. We also asked him to treat 3 areas where we had some dog urine accidents and he talked us into only treating one of them and said the others would be ok with the regular cleaning. After it dried we can still smell a faint urine smell in the 2 spots we pointed out as needing pre treatment that he thought would be ok without. We appreciate him not over selling more products than he thought we needed, but wish the end result was a little better. And we are disappointed that I have sections of a door frame to repaint now. I will say that the tech was timely, kind, and courteous. We did appreciate that.

I called on Saturday two times after my initial appointment. I have asked for management to call me today when they return to the office. I have never experienced service so badly. I will gladly send my experience to Google for everyone to see. I am requesting my money back and I will not be your customer again. Name removed
I liked Kevin my service tech a lot. He explained the how, what, and why of the products he was using, checked the type of fabric of my loveseat to determine the method and product to use before cleaning it, helped move my small tables, and was deliberate and careful while cleaning.
Carpet looked great when he was finished.
He also explained additional services Zero Rez has so that was good to know.
Really a good experience.
