I had a stain on my carpet from a water and dirt stain from a plant. After the initial treatment the stain was much worse, probably due to drawing the dirt from the pad to the surface. One of your technicians, Derek, came out two more times until the stain was completely removed.

When asking the result of cleaning the carpets, I was told the carpets were not dirty. I had remembered from previous visits that the technician would show you the water and when asked to see it he said my first job was so gross. The water is filthy. whether that water cycles onto my carpet or not the thought of someone’s disgusting water part of my cleaning process is gross. in addition, the hoses that all laid in the snow were brought in and stained our laminate floor by the front door and got the stairs wet. I felt like the house was dirtier after he left, then before he came.
