Andy the local “manager” has no clue about customer service. Even his worker was saying what a joke he is. I wouldn’t let him run my Bowling alley. Awful. I will criticize your company as much as possible. I have opened a case with the BBB. And considering small claims court. For the return trip and loss is work time because of your poor business practices! I never signed a waiver the 1st appointment. Your tech said so! Merry Christmas!!

Stains not removed from the carpet and there were water spots that appeared the next day from the carpet cleaner that were not previously there.

My carpet is streaky now. I’ve never had this happen with other companies and have my carpets cleaned annually. Disappointed.

the price was high for what i received. i wasn't able to apply the discount because stairs don't count as a room. the carpet doesn't appear to be much better than before the cleaning but im sure it is.

First day scrapped my wall at the corner. Next day sprayed my shower grout so hard it chipped away my grout. House is only a year old so grout great.

Chad Sharp walked me through what he was going to do. He was done with three bedrooms and a bathroom floor in under an hour. About that bathroom floor. There was a stain I could not get out. It looks brand new now.

Service from the technician was great! So far I'm pleased with the results after a couple of days. My only beef was pricing and service cost not explained/quoted correctly on the phone. I was told I would be billed by the gallon for special pet treatment when in fact the service is charged by the sq foot. A $500 quote turned into an $750+ bill. Get your quotes and communication right Zerorez. It's hard to trust you when your own reps don't know what you're going to charge me.
