I love that you use a soap-less cleaner. I am not supposed to use anything soapy on my carpet; it has a special finish in the fibers themselves. Your techs are always punctual and very friendly and respectful of our property.

Got my air vents cleaned, and the technician (Chad Sharp) did a great job. He was personable and even changed my air filter after it was done.

Brandon called ahead of time advising of his arrival time, arrived on time, was polite and friendly, explained the process, and worked very efficiently. We were very happy with his service and pleased with the results.

Sent the same technician back that I complained about previously and he left a toilet full of dirty water when he came back. Would like my money back please

Didn’t clean my carpet right the first time. Then you had the audacity to charge me when you came back. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Andy the local “manager” has no clue about customer service. Even his worker was saying what a joke he is. I wouldn’t let him run my Bowling alley. Awful. I will criticize your company as much as possible. I have opened a case with the BBB. And considering small claims court. For the return trip and loss is work time because of your poor business practices! I never signed a waiver the 1st appointment. Your tech said so! Merry Christmas!!

Stains not removed from the carpet and there were water spots that appeared the next day from the carpet cleaner that were not previously there.
