It’s just expensive
The employee who cleaned my carpets did a great job. He explained the steps he would take in the cleaning process, answered my questions, and worked very hard to do a great job. I was really pleased with the outcome. He was also very personable, considerate, and kind. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Results were great.
The technician was prompt and courteous. I showed him the carpets to be cleaned, and he thoroughly explained the process. I had some heavy traffic areas and he explained that he would tried to remove as much of the stain as possible. He didn’t promise me a miracle, but he did say he will work on it to make it as light as possible. And he did just that. I am very pleased with the outcome, and have already told others about it.
Heavy traffic areas looked no better than before. I understand that carpet age and quality can play in to that, but I expected some improvement. I would appreciate a partial refund—I doubt redoing anything would result in improvement if time and effort was not taken initially.
My service technician was amazing and very friendly. I was surprised how dirty my couch still was though, some areas on a cushion looked very clean and others very dirty. So now it’s just splotchy. Almost looks worst this way.

Chad did an excellent job cleaning our carpet. He got stains out that I didn’t even think would come out and the high traffic area looks great! He made sure I was satisfied with the results when he finished. I highly recommend Zerorez!

We liked Kenny and appreciated his work that was done, however we are 85 years old, moved all of the furniture and since Kenny is not allowed to move anything there were areas that were not done. The homeowner needs to know that in advance so he can move the pieces for the job person. We left the property while he was here or we would have moved things for him. The Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Representative I experience was very professional and knowledgeable of his duties and responsibilities as he explained in detail the chemical solutions and products that he would be using on our carpet and provided excellent work when job was completed. Our Carpet looks beautiful and smells wonderful. Dareese did a fantastic job, and I will definitely recommend their/his services to anyone requesting carpet cleaning service including family and friends!
I find my carpet looks brighter and it looks and feels fluffier after Zerorez has cleaned my carpet. The technician did a through job; explained what he would be doing before he started and then we had a walk-through afterwards to check for my satisfaction.
