My service technician, Nathan called ahead and informed me that he was going to be a few minutes early, which worked out perfect for me. When he arrived, we walked through the rooms and the hallway I wanted cleaned. He then helped me move a few things in the rooms (desk chairs, laundry baskets) and then proceeded to clean. Nathan was quick, efficient and very professional. He was aLeo able to remove a few stubborn stains from my children and pets. My carpets look fantastic and smell great. The price was very reasonable and the final cost was the same as the estimate except for what I added on last minute, protection. I highly recommend using Zerorez!

I was very happy with the great job that Jacob Eckles did on cleaning my carpets he went way beyond spending time to treat area's that had old stains Jacob lessen to my concern's & told me how he woud treat & process those area's . Zerorex will be the company that I call for future work.

No harsh chemicals
Needed a quick cleaning of our sofa 2 days before Christmas (due to a new dog we had gotten a day before) and I was able to easily get an afternoon appt for the next day. The technician called me around 930 of that morning, said he had a cancellation and asked if I would like to be moved up. Gladly accepted! Unfortunately do not remember his name, but he was so efficient and did a beautiful job on the sofa (actually a big sectional). He explained the process and took pictures as he went along. He was there maybe an hour tops, not even sure it was that long, but the job was done with great care and we were so happy with the turnout! I made sure to tip him well, it was Christmas after all! I will gladly have ZeroRez come back to due future cleanings.

We had our best experience this past Saturday! Our technician was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and walked through every single thing he was going to do and then everything he did. Both my husband and I agreed he was the best we’ve had in many years with Zerorez. He completes the job well and in a reasonable amount of time. He was just wonderful.

Our technician was great, friendly, and quick. He made our carpets look 100x better than before he arrived; however, I did have to spot clean-several areas after the carpet dried that hadn't been cleaned by the machine. Those areas are difficult to notice when the carpet is wet. In the end, the result was about the same as when I clean my carpets myself. I was hoping for a deeper clean, but I understand that my expectations might have been too high. Overall, the carpets are much cleaner than before.
