This is the 2nd time I've used this service and it did not disappoint! They do such a fabulous job. It's quick, affordable, and you can schedule pretty much last minute! I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning ever again!

The tech that came out originally did not notice how poorly the carpet was coming clean due to a equipment failure. Better training of the tech may be needed.

It dries pretty fast. There is no smell. They can put a protectorant on which is great.

A rust color spot about 5 inches was on the family room carpet and I didn't see it until the carpet was dry as it was across the room snf your office was closed. For fear it would stain I tried to blot it with clear water and when that didn't work, I tried some of my Bissell carpet cleaner. It only lightened it. I let it dry and tried again the next day and it lightened a little more. I will continue until hopefully it will not be noticeable.

Very clean, very professional, very efficient
Our Service Technician - BRANDON - was awesome. We have had Zerorez come out one time before BUT I felt "okay" about our service. However, this time with BRANDON I was quite impressed. He did a GREAT job in the shower (with our stains in our grout, etc.) and our carpets look wonderful too! When I use Zerorez again, I will request BRANDON for sure. Thanks.
The technician was polite, informative and well trained. He was excellent. The product used in my carpet and floors did not leave any odor. Carpet, the tile floors and laminate floors looked excellent when he finished.

I liked that there was communication throughout the process. The technician, Derek, called about 20 mins before arrival. He was very professional and efficient. I also appreciated the promo discount I was given on my first cleaning. That was helpful. Our carpet looked much better afterwards, and the house did not smell like chemicals. We were very pleased with the service we received.
