I really liked that the technician took his time to really make sure our carpets were clean and stain-free as much as possible (it has been a while since we’ve gotten our carpets cleaned 😬). I also liked that he brought up the carpet protector as I had not originally thought about it, but I’m glad he did it.

After the cleaning(few days later to allow drying) I vacuumed carpet and it picked up quite a bit of leftover dirt and debris. I hadn’t moved into house yet, so there was no traffic on carpet after cleaning. A re-treatment of the open areas of the carpet would be appreciated.
My carpets have gotten cleaner with Zerores than any previous carpet cleaners!
