This was the worst cleaning I've had from you. The 3 previous times were satisfactory. This guy was quick and just didn't do a good job.

It was cold and the front door was left wide open for quite a bit of time. The technician stripped our screws from our main duct with a drill bit that was old and should have been thrown away and put the vent cover on upside down. Lastly he didn’t apply the coupon and I had to ask him to update the bill.

Professional, thorough service and helpful service technicians

It seems that spots that have been cleaned by ZeroRez do not come back as quickly as those cleaned by other carpet cleaners.

I have ZeroRez clean our business carpets 2x per year. The folks are always super friendly and accommodating.

The pricing is not transparent or consistent. I paid $100 more due to pet stains. It would have been $300 more for the pet stains to be extracted it double the bill. I got carpet protection the first trip and it did not help much.

You get a deep, through cleaning. The service man, Jacob, was very nice and did a great job.
He was protective of my furniture.

As usual, awesome job! Tech was very nice. Only critique would be the call center phone system is frustrating. The tech was held over at another job for a bit and I called there number multiple times and they kept dropping the call. I never did get through to the call center, the driver finally called.
