Our carpet dried with pet stains that we were told were removed and still continues to smell even though we were told that the stains were surface level and were gone. We paid around $400 for us to have to go back over the carpet with my personal home carpet cleaner. This is the second time this has happened to us. We will go with another company moving forward.

The man who cleaned the carpet (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) quoted us incorrect for getting our area rug cleaned. And honestly, I’m glad that we didn’t allow him to convince us to get it cleaned outside the house since we are not satisfied with the service. Although I am not satisfied with the service, he was kind and kindness goes a long way.

My carpets, stairs, and floor tile grout are so much cleaner! Nathan did an amazing job. He was thorough and took extra care to do it right.

So far we are extremely happy with our services. Our son got sick on tour new carpet and I called Zerorez and they came out the next day! Our technician was fantastic and exceeded all expectations!

Some of the stains that appeared to be cleaned on Saturday, came back when the carpet dried. There are several spots.

Professionalism

There wasn't a heavy chemical smell, the carpet was soft and dried quickly.

I requested 2 services: airduc cleaning and natural stone floor cleaning. I am very pleased with the results of both services and the technician Chad S. did a great job. He was very attentive to my concerns about spots/discoloration on my tiles. We walk through before and after and I love the way my natural stone and marble floor look!

Water hose broke during service.

I had duct cleaning done, and although I don't have anything to compare it to, I was satisfied, and Cody did a great job and was very pleasant and informative.
