What I like most about Zerorez is they have a variety of services to choose from, the carpet drying is faster than most methods and the customer service is pretty good.

The technician was great but after my carpets dried I can still see the dirty traffic areas & now there are orange stains all over, my carpets actually look worse & they now smell bad where as they didn’t before, very disappointing & expensive as I have to have them redone by another company

I scheduled an appointment on the weekend for the following Monday. Tech arrive cleaned one area of carpet and my 6 cushion sectional. I was charged 390.00 due to getting the carpet with the protectant. If I would of known it could of been free if I gave feedback I would of waited . My couch was only cleaned on one side and the tech is coming back 5 days later on a Saturday to redo it. It is inconvenient but they wanted me there I guess to approve it. I have grandkids over on the weekends and now I will have to keep them off the couch basically all day. I should not have had to wait that long cause the payment came right out. I wanted to use a coupon and the Tech needed a code and I could not give it right then due to me being in the shower so i did not get the 20.00 off either. He said it should be dry in 4 to 6 hours it was not dry until the next day. I was not offered any compensation or a sorry.
Tech was on time, friendly and did not try to oversell us on extra services

My receipt stated I'd be given a "gift" at $0. I wasn't asked and no one mentioned it at all and didn't receive anything. No one mentioned I had to pay a service fee of $24.99. I would have like to have that mentioned before I saw it on my receipt.

Good morning
Before filling out the review I wanted to let you know how disappointed and unhappy I am with the cleaning I received yesterday. For the past two years I myself have been cleaning our carpets myself with our Bissell carpet cleaner. I decided to go the professional route this time for hopefully a deeper clean. i can truthfully say that i do a better job. Even last night i saw evidences of past pee spots and will include a pic. I also never experienced the "Aw, it smells so clean" smell after the technician left. In fact this morning, the urine smell still is slightly lingering.
The technician did mention - after- the carpets were cleaned that you offer a $75 per room special pet/urine cleaning, but still, I would hope for a "clean" smell after our carpets had been professionally cleaned. One last thing about the carpets in addition to remaining stains and smell - the carpet is "crispy" upon drying. Is this how it should be?
Overall, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with your professional cleaning. it feels like a waster of money in our part. The carpets look and smell better when I do them. If you would like to see what i'm talking about, please contact me. I am hoping that you care enough to make this right. That is what you claim anyway.
