ALL ARE VERY GOOD. HOWEVER, TUESDAY AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT WE FOUND A STAIN ON OUR BEDROOM CARPET. NOT A HUGE DEAL. I THINK WE CAN SCRUB IT OUT. JUST NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS FROM. IT WAS A STRAIGHT LINE ABOUT A FOOT LONG AND HALF INCH THICK. AND IT WAS DARK GRAY ON A TAN CARPET. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB YOU HAVE DONE.
Our tech, Tevin was fantastic. This is the second time we’ve worked with him and he does an amazing job. Extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Carpets look like new!
the technician was very thorough and did an amazing job with some stubborn stains. my carpet is old but he made it look like new so I can defer replacement for a few more months

Basic traffic stains were cleaned up okay and the cat throw up stain just looks like it was spread around. The carpets in the back just looks blotchy. Previous technicians have always been able to get our carpets clean and fresh. This time was a major fail. I'm glad i asked him not to do the tile and rugs. This visit really felt like I could have just used my Bissell carpet cleaner and come out with the same results.
What you can do to make it right? Idk, that's up to you. I have liked the services I've had in the past, but if this is the result I'm to expect, then I wouldn't book another appointment.

i feel bad because i didn't catch our service guy's name, but he did an excellent job. explained everything he was going to do in depth, showed me before and after photos he had taken, and was able to finish the job in only 1-1/2 hrs. i was very happy with the service.

I had my carpet cleaned by you guys a couple months ago. Everything was great and it smelled so clean. This time I had you back because my dog had gotten sick a few times and now I can see a stain that wasn’t there before and my carpet reeks. I used my personal carpet cleaner immediately following my pups accident and there was no visible stain on the carpet. It was certainly not worth me spending $135 to clean one room of carpet
