The techs who have come to my house have been very professional and careful with my furniture and pets. They've also been very open to show me what they are doing and the results they were getting. This was very interesting with the duct cleaning.
No chemicals, great employees, and they take the time to do it right!

Our technician, I believe his name was Chad, was very thorough and informative.
Initially we were happy with the overall appearance of how our carpets were cleaned. However later that evening we discovered a fair amount of scuffed paint / chipped paint on a door frame where the tech’s corrugated tubing rubbed against it pretty harshly. We also asked him to treat 3 areas where we had some dog urine accidents and he talked us into only treating one of them and said the others would be ok with the regular cleaning. After it dried we can still smell a faint urine smell in the 2 spots we pointed out as needing pre treatment that he thought would be ok without. We appreciate him not over selling more products than he thought we needed, but wish the end result was a little better. And we are disappointed that I have sections of a door frame to repaint now. I will say that the tech was timely, kind, and courteous. We did appreciate that.

I called on Saturday two times after my initial appointment. I have asked for management to call me today when they return to the office. I have never experienced service so badly. I will gladly send my experience to Google for everyone to see. I am requesting my money back and I will not be your customer again. Name removed
I am very happy with this cleaning process and experience. However, there remains a few stains that could use some more attention. So, I’ll see if the 30 day guarantee really works.

I am so pleased!! Zerorez restored my carpet that was stained to looking great again. The stains from my dogs are gone and it looks and smells fresh! Chad did an awesome job! Best carpet cleaning I have ever got! I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Hi. This is our second time using Zerorez. The first time was absolutely incredibly and the person who came out to clean our two couches was here for nearly the entire day and did an incredibly thorough job. They had previously warned us about the complications with trying to remove cat pee from furniture; however, by the time he left the couch was free from stain and odor.
This time the person that did the cleaning was here for only a few hours and was not as thorough. Spots are coming back through on the carpet that we had cleaned (some of the spots are crunchy) and there generally didn't seem to be the same attention to detail as the first person. Unfortunately, our cat had another accident and we needed the same couch cleaned. This time when the person left the couch was still quite wet and when it dried, the cat pee odor was still there. Don't get me wrong, it is still better than it was before and had we not had such a remarkable first experience, we'd likely not think anything of it.
I still gave Zerorez a 9 because we were so impressed with our first cleaning and I anticipate that may be more inline with the typical service.
We will definitely try again.

Technician showed up on time, was friendly, efficient and professional. He carefully assessed the job to be done, provided a quote, which was reasonable and quickly went to work. He followed all instructions about areas to be cleaned and accommodated all my requests regarding moving furniture. I have used Zerorez in the past and have been satisfied but Mark exceeded the performance of his predecessors. He took the time to do the job right and asked if I was satisfied...which I was.
