The gentleman was on time, very polite, explained everything, answered all my questions.
The carpet was cleaned very well and dried very well meaning it wasn't wet for days and could be walked on sooner than other carpet cleaning services.

Products:
The chemicals used in the cleaning are pet safe so my doggie can lick his paws after walking on the damp carpet.

This is the second time I’ve used ZeroRez. As a returning customer, I’ve been extremely happy both times I’ve used this company, not only because the quality of the cleaning job, but of the politeness of the tech. Joe was very friendly and accommodating and VERY thorough! He was very careful working around the furniture pieces and my valuables that were left in the rooms and answered all my questions. The employee was very thorough in his review of the carpet and feedback for what could be done to clean up any concern areas. He worked room by room and paid attention to any furniture or surroundings as to not damage them. He kept me updated through the process and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left. I appreciated the conversation and updates on the process. I think Zerorez does a fantastic job with cleaning the carpets at a reasonable price.

I cannot remember his name but the gentleman with 4 Pitbulls. He did fantastic. He was very detailed and even acknowledged my own dog. Very respectful and had open communication on what he would be doing and how the process works. Definitely will be using the service again and would like the same gentleman.

My carpet was so wet and took over 24 hours to dry. Also the spots are showing through in the family room. I’ve used you guys for a couple years and usually have had a good experience. This one not quite so much.

I liked Kevin my service tech a lot. He explained the how, what, and why of the products he was using, checked the type of fabric of my loveseat to determine the method and product to use before cleaning it, helped move my small tables, and was deliberate and careful while cleaning.
Carpet looked great when he was finished.
He also explained additional services Zero Rez has so that was good to know.
Really a good experience.

Giving a 7 because although the tech did say we should upgrade to the more expensive pet spot cleaner that you offer, I feel like for $200 and only an hour or work, the stains should look better, not worse. The rest of the carpet does look nice and clean, it’s just the stains that look worse than they did before the job.

Joe removed a grease spot from my familyroom carpet. He told me what to expect before he started the removal. So far, Iam very pleased.

Our kitchen tile was so dirty, after cleaning it looks brand new again. The color of the grout completely changed.

Associate was great! Carpet looks amazing

The technician was there less than and hour. He discussed nothing with me in regards to stains in my carpet and did not do a walkthrough afterwards. During the service he asked to use my bathroom and broke my toilet paper holder in my bathroom and leave my water running and said literally nothing to me about it. Then when I brought it up to customer service after I noticed hours later and he was asked about it he wants to lie and say it was loose even though it wasn’t. I don’t appreciate an insinuation that I would lie on this man for no reason.
I paid 189$ for my carpets to look the same, and my bathroom to be broken. I want my bathroom fixed and my carpets actually cleaned.
