Very helpful and friendly tech
You use no chemicals. My floors usually dry by the next morning, this time I had some spots that needed extra cleaning and they are still damp on Thursday. The cleaning was done on Monday morning.

I was told the shower tile was included in our 2nd room cost and it was not.
The carpet is crunchy. I have to have an area redone d/t a big spot now that wasn’t there before. A figurine on my table was broke & it put a mark into the coffee table from the cord being pulled across.
Our carpets always look great after we get a visit from Zerorez! Also the technicians are always friendly and do a top notch job! This time our technician was Chad Sharp. He was fantastic!

Nice guy, but he spent a lot of time on the phone and not cleaning my couch. Not sure if he needed to take lots of breaks for the chemicals or to let it soak but it was odd. And not one stain came out. The couch looked exactly the same after he was done cleaning it. I’m not really sure what I paid for.
