At first the carpets smell okay, but my dining room smells again. I know pet urine can be an issue to get out, but after all the stuff they put on the carpet, I can't believe it didn't help. I'm quite upset.
Offering more than just carpet cleaning!
Kenny from Zerorez was very polite and cleaned all of the floors (carpet and vinyl) in the home we just bought. The previous owners had a dog and the whole house smelled like it. He suggested we do a biological treatment but wasn't sure if the smell would go totally away. He said the carpet should dry in about 8 hours but that wasn't the case. We had the work done in the evening on a Friday and it wasn't dry until Tuesday. We even had our a/c fan running at night and the windows open during the day. We have no complaints against him. We think he did a good job but the cleaning process didn't do what we were expecting. The carpet had slight stains on it here and there from the dog but was in good shape overall. It looks exactly the same after the cleaning, the stains are still there, it has some crusty spots and still smells. The vinyl plank that was cleaned still had dirty spots afterwards that you could feel when using a dry Swiffer. We wet cleaned it after and it was still dirty. I'm just in shock and disappointed because of the great reviews Zerorez has and how much it cost. After all of this, we decided to not have someone else clean them or have Zerorez do a recleaning because we are going to replace it. If Zerorez would like to give us a refund, we would gladly take it. I would neither recommend or not recommend to use this company based on my experience. I'm sure they are great for some people but it was not the best in my personal case.

I have used Zerorez several times. This most recent carpet cleaning left me very dissatisfied. Our carpets were soaking wet for over 24 hours. We had every ceiling fan running on high and even placed smaller fans on our floors in an attempt to help them dry.
The process and equipment used achieve a deep clean that Stanley Steemer cannot match. I have been their customer for over 20 yrs. The carpets feel softer and luxurious.
After my white carpet dried, most of the heavily stained areas came back. Not as bad as they were obviously, but enough that the room still looks bad and should have applied the money to new flooring
Nathan was great and very friendly, professional, and took good care of our furniture while cleaning it. We highly recommend him and Zerorez!

Matt was the cleaning technician. He was prompt and polite and professional upon arrival and throughout the entire time he was here. He cleaned two chairs, a sofa and an ottoman. I'm embarrassed to admit that this furniture hasn't been cleaned in YEARS. They look like NEW and it smells clean and fresh. Thank you Matt for taking the extra time cleaning the upholstery. He did a super job. In fact, when we schedule carpet cleaning, I'm going to request Matt be the cleaning technician.
Duwan did a wonderful job cleaning and treating my 6 year old carpet. He was courteous, professional and was very thorough with the job itself. Would definitely opt into having my carpets cleaned every 6 months to keep it looking as great as Duwan left it.
