The service technician was excellent - did a great job
I love the fast drying time and feel of the carpet after cleaned. We also had some area rugs cleaned. Excellent job by the technician.

The tech and helper that came out were wonderful. Both were pleasant and considerate. The second home that was done, my husband was extremely disappointed in the quality of the finished product. When going back to that house, we didn't plan on having to clean it again, but that is what happened. I took a picture of all of the stuff that came up from the carpet while doing so. Unfortunately, the furniture that was cleaned still had a bad odor. The technician said the cleaner would not take out the smell of the cigarettes; however, it probably would've been better not to clean them at all. Again, very pleased with your employees, but definitely not the product itself.

It seems like the couch we got cleaned just wasn’t cleaned well. We can clearly see the streaks from where they attempted to clean. I think the techs we great, just didn’t really clean as deep as I was expecting them to.

I believe the main factor in a great carpet cleaning experience is the technician. You have a good one in Kevin, who showed a desire to listen to and please his customer, and was extremely proficient and attentive to detail. We are very pleased with our fresh, clean carpets and will call Zerorez again.
Chemical free! Carpet & sofa look great, clean without overpowering of fragrance like other companies. Carpet doesn't feel sticky!
