Very clean, very professional, very efficient

Our Service Technician - BRANDON - was awesome. We have had Zerorez come out one time before BUT I felt "okay" about our service. However, this time with BRANDON I was quite impressed. He did a GREAT job in the shower (with our stains in our grout, etc.) and our carpets look wonderful too! When I use Zerorez again, I will request BRANDON for sure. Thanks.

The technician was polite, informative and well trained. He was excellent. The product used in my carpet and floors did not leave any odor. Carpet, the tile floors and laminate floors looked excellent when he finished.

We specifically called to have the vomit smell removed from our daughter’s room. After 24 hours the smell is back. It’s not as strong but still very noticeable.

Fast and friendly service. There was an issue with spots left on the carpet I noticed after they left. I called the next day and they came back and fixed it with no hassle, so great customer service.

I paid 170 to get carpets cleaned and the one room the needed help looks worse than what it did before I got them cleaned. It had some stains from my carpet cleaner and I think if I would have got a new carpet cleaner , they would have came out better!

Still some spots visible that were not deeply ingrained to begin with. Still dark in hallway traffic patterns.
Your employee was by himself and in and out in less than an hour. We've used you several times and i don't remember the cleaning service ever being that brief. Maybe it was because he was close to an
hour late for our appointment and he was rushing to get to another job.

You all were punctual, professional, and very thorough in the cleaning. Only thing we noticed was that the baseboards were nicked in several areas where paint was taken off. We had to take our trim paint and touch up our baseboards in the basement. Other than that, fantastic job!
