The house feels so clean
Technician was friendly knowledgeable and efficient.
Protect non-waterproof floors from equipment water. Also, certain areas took much longer than 4-8 hours to dry. Suck out more water.

Matt did a very good job, but I have used other carpet cleaners when I lived in another state, that I thought did a better job there. I did not see that higher quality in your company. Possibly because that carpet wasn't as old as the carpet Matt cleaned.
Not sure if he had a time frame he had to be out by. But what he had to work with in this carpet was bad, and I could see a difference after he was done. Big improvement. But not anything higher than a 7.

I like the process and products, but the technicians definitely make it all happen. Absolutely pleased with results again, 5+ cleanings of white carpet with two resident cats.
