The technician warned me that all of the stains from my dog throwing up might not come completely out, but I was not expecting that after the carpet dried, it would look worse than before the cleaning due to pulling stains up. I’m disappointed that I spent a lot of money for the carpet to look worse than when I called.

Very polite young man who cleaned my couch. I was pleasantly surprised that it dried quickly and there was no odor left behind. Happy with the results.

Professional and courteous

Corner guards were not utilized and the hoses wore the paint off the handrailing post. Pet stain was not fully removed and a day later dried even brighter. Have been happy with zero rez in the past but this visit it sounded like the technician had been instructed to go through a sales pitch which was annoying and unnecessary and that some of the results were less than we hoped for.

Rooms do not smell clean. Smell like dog. Does feel like there is no residue left behind. 1 stain was not removed. Price of rugs to be cleaned is outrageous. How it can cost more to do a couple small rugs and runners than it did for all the rooms is very puzzling to me.

I explained that my couch had a chaise on the left and was given a price of $150., but the day of cleaning I was told it was a sectional, and charged $225. Additionally, due to equipment failure, I had to be available again on another day as well.

Your tech explained everything very well provided me some options. My carpet looks amazing definitely money well spent.

The team always does a nice job on our carpet as we try to stretch out the life of our carpet a bit longer before replacing it. The ease of making appointments is relatively easy and I appreciate their communication leading up to the cleaning.

Lots of residue left on hardwood floors after cleaning carpets. Carpet was a little stiff after cleaning. This may be unavoidable due to walking on wet carpet then walking on hardwood but thought I'd mention.

He did not come
The one that came I had before and he is not very good.
if I would have met him at the door I would of canceled.
I told the person i was having mobility issues that i would not be present.
When I saw the cleaning I knew I did not get the correct cleaner.

I understand there was a tech who called off sick that morning, but it would have been nice to be given a courtesy call to let us know our time had been pushed back instead of having to sit on hold at 10am to find out what was going on. The tech who came was great and did a FANTASTIC job, it was the dispatch non-communication that was troublesome

We have had our carpets cleaned several times over our life and this was by far the best. The guys were here at time scheduled, very professional and the best part was how clean all the carpets were. This was by far the best job we have ever had. They also cleaned our air vents. Money well spent!

I have used them several times and each time they have done an excellent job. They ask if there are any areas that need special attention and when done have me go over and check if everything is to my satisfaction.

Technician came out and suggested that we do spot treatment - caused additional stains to carpet that weren’t there to begin with. After revisiting to treat those stains inwas charged an additional 75 dollars for the new stain treatments - after leaving again the carpet was soaked and upon drying there are three stain rings and discoloration of the carpet. Paid over 300 dollars and two treatments for my carpets to look worse then before using your company- def won’t ever use again or recommend to a friend and leaving a 1 star review on every applicable website. If you want to “ make things right “ refund me the 314 dollars I paid for your company to ruin my carpets . Literally each treatment has made the carpet look worse and worse should have used oxifresh instead

Almost 48 hours after one area was cleaned,admittedly an area used by our dog as a toilet in times of our not being attentive, it is still not dry. Is that normal?

They cleaned and sealed my shower on Monday and I have not been able to use it since. The drain is clogged. I've used a bottle of drain-o so far and it still does not drain. Someone should have warned me that this could happen. I assume it's the sealant. I am afraid I'll have to call a plumber. Additionally,, the shower doesn't look any better than it did before they cleaned it. I wouldn't recommend Zerorez.

How professional and how quick and accommodating the tech was to my needs

After carpet dried, found spots that were not eliminated. None of the furniture (even on dry surfaces) was put back in place.

We have used Zerorez for years. We LOVE that there is usually no harsh chemical smells and the carpet is typically not left super wet. (Obviously damp, but never overly wet) This time our carpet was extremely wet and even “squishy” in places. Our basement stairs were soaked and there was even a puddle of water on the floor at the bottom of the stairs. The whole house had a very strong chemical smell. We spent the entire weekend moving fans around to try and dry out the carpets. It was incredibly disappointing

My floors were left spotty with a soapy film. They look worse than before cleaning. Also, I requested to have my shower tile cleaned and the technician did not bring the correct equipment to do the job. I had to call them to come back on another day. I am very disappointed.

Our carpeting looks great and smells great. We will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
