I've used zerores on 3 different occasions now. The staff continues to be friendly and helpful-no matter who I engage with. Each time, they have stayed in communication and are prompt in arrival. The carpet is so fresh after they leave. My only wish is for a quick-dry top coat option. Haha

Derek was very helpful and explained everything that he would be doing to clean the carpets and told me what to do afterwards, so that the carpet would dry thoroughly. I like the fact that the carpet is so fresh and clean after this service.

I made the appointment for 3/16 but the appointment accidentally got cancelled and they couldn't fit us back in until 3/18 so we are behind schedule they did give us a big discount which was amazing but still set us back 2 days in our move.

What I like most about Zerorez is they have a variety of services to choose from, the carpet drying is faster than most methods and the customer service is pretty good.

I really like that there is no sticky residue left after cleaning. The carpet dries quicker than with other carpet cleaners i have used.

The technician was great but after my carpets dried I can still see the dirty traffic areas & now there are orange stains all over, my carpets actually look worse & they now smell bad where as they didn’t before, very disappointing & expensive as I have to have them redone by another company

Excellent work

I scheduled an appointment on the weekend for the following Monday. Tech arrive cleaned one area of carpet and my 6 cushion sectional. I was charged 390.00 due to getting the carpet with the protectant. If I would of known it could of been free if I gave feedback I would of waited . My couch was only cleaned on one side and the tech is coming back 5 days later on a Saturday to redo it. It is inconvenient but they wanted me there I guess to approve it. I have grandkids over on the weekends and now I will have to keep them off the couch basically all day. I should not have had to wait that long cause the payment came right out. I wanted to use a coupon and the Tech needed a code and I could not give it right then due to me being in the shower so i did not get the 20.00 off either. He said it should be dry in 4 to 6 hours it was not dry until the next day. I was not offered any compensation or a sorry.
