Great value and reliable service.
I had my carpet cleaned by you guys a couple months ago. Everything was great and it smelled so clean. This time I had you back because my dog had gotten sick a few times and now I can see a stain that wasn’t there before and my carpet reeks. I used my personal carpet cleaner immediately following my pups accident and there was no visible stain on the carpet. It was certainly not worth me spending $135 to clean one room of carpet
The carpets feel much cleaner than any other service I have had.

The technician was punctual, polite and very nice and we are overall satisfied with the cleaning service we received. The reason for an 8 out of 10 overall is because our carpet was wetter upon completion than we expected it would be based on website and other information related to us. We expected the carpet to be damp for approximately 6-8 hours after cleaning but it was wet and damp for more than 24 hours even with the use of ceiling fan and 2 box fans that we moved around to help dry the carpet completely. Other than longer drying time than expected, the carpet does look much better and we are satisfied with the results. If we choose to use your carpet cleaning services again in the future, we will adjust our expectations and allow accommodation for longer drying time.
Our rep was very conscientious. Was concerned about how “new” the 12 year old couch would look. Took all the time it seemed it needed and things turned out great
The specialists very knowledgeable and easy to communicate. They explained everything they were going to do and asked what my expectations were in regards to getting my carpets cleaned. They were efficient and the best part they were able to get all my stains out. :)

The carpet that was done looks wonderful The person cleaning it very kind very nice according to my husband that a great job. We were supposed to get three rooms for $139 My family room is considered two rooms and then when I scheduled it was also supposed to be the stairs in the hallway which is considered another room I was told and the only thing that we had done was the family room the stairs in the hallway were never done and I was charged the same amount

For the most part - I was happy with the job that David did for me. I was disappointed that more attention was not given to lthe to the edging around the room. I have certainly had more effort devoted to detail cleaning around the edges with other companies..
