My receipt stated I'd be given a "gift" at $0. I wasn't asked and no one mentioned it at all and didn't receive anything. No one mentioned I had to pay a service fee of $24.99. I would have like to have that mentioned before I saw it on my receipt.
The young man - Brandon - who did our carpets was very knowledgeable and polite. He did a fantastic job.

Good morning
Before filling out the review I wanted to let you know how disappointed and unhappy I am with the cleaning I received yesterday. For the past two years I myself have been cleaning our carpets myself with our Bissell carpet cleaner. I decided to go the professional route this time for hopefully a deeper clean. i can truthfully say that i do a better job. Even last night i saw evidences of past pee spots and will include a pic. I also never experienced the "Aw, it smells so clean" smell after the technician left. In fact this morning, the urine smell still is slightly lingering.
The technician did mention - after- the carpets were cleaned that you offer a $75 per room special pet/urine cleaning, but still, I would hope for a "clean" smell after our carpets had been professionally cleaned. One last thing about the carpets in addition to remaining stains and smell - the carpet is "crispy" upon drying. Is this how it should be?
Overall, I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with your professional cleaning. it feels like a waster of money in our part. The carpets look and smell better when I do them. If you would like to see what i'm talking about, please contact me. I am hoping that you care enough to make this right. That is what you claim anyway.

Derek was very courteous and knowledgeable about the different services. The carpet came out very clean and fresh. We cleaned the rugs on a day that it rained and they still dried in hours.
It took over 24 hours for our carpet to dry, and our technician had three fans going, which he assured us would lessen the normal 6 hour dry time. There are also several areas that did not get clean. We specifically asked for areas where our child had gotten sick to be focused on and we can still smell both urine and vomit, in addition to there being another spot that had not been cleaned.
Kenny did a great job in communication and cleaning all of my carpets and upholstery.

My carpet looked so great after Zerorez cleaned it. In one room it even looked brand new.

Very thorough and timely service. Technician was Courtice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Asked Tech to be careful of corner wall due to other companies damage with hose. He had corner protection and no damage found.

The technician called & gave me his estimated time of arrival. He was prompt and polite. He asked me what I wanted & expected for the carpet. He explained what he was going to & how the Zerorez product works. He finished the job and went over the instructions on what to do after the carpet was cleaned and then made sure I didn’t have any more questions before he left.
