I love how clean my HVAC, air ducts, and dryer vent are! And that you gave me before and after pictures. I also loved how informed I was prior to service even beginning, after the inspection. I was also offered sanitization for my central air system.

Reese was my technician. He completely explained the process, pointed out areas he could accomplish stains removal and those old ones tat might be tricky. Took a few hours and did a beautiful job. I liked the first treatment followed by the steam extraction.

Tech came on time & did a great cleaning job on my very old carpets. Was able to get up a lot of cat hair that is in my carpets. This is second time I have used Zerorez & will continue to use them. Dried fairly quickly too.

My technician was wonderful. He went above and beyond the technician is the company and Kenney was great.

Need to be more aware where they park their vehicle. Make sure the exhaust isn't burning the homeowners plant material/ flowers. Also don't lay the hoses on flowers/ plant material.

I’ve used your service twice now. Your prices are great, your service is great, I’ve even paid for the “upgrade products” to help with stains and odors…..your product just doesn’t work. The carpets just don’t stay clean. Within days, the same old stains begin to reappear and after a few weeks the carpet is due for another cleaning. I paid for a second cleaning thinking maybe that would help, but certainly, there should be some improvement? There isn’t. Everything is right with you guys, but the product.

I posted a positive review on google immediately after my service one week ago. My carpet was very soiled, so much so that I thought that it would need to be replaced. After the very professional serviceman, Kenny, performed his magic my carpet looked new. A week has past, and I'm still astounded at how great my carpet looks.
