I think Reese did a wonderful job with carpet cleaning! He was polite, answered all my questions and did a wonderful job. He was very professional as well. The only reason I did not give 0 Rez a perfect score is the fact that you were here on Friday- my carpet is still wet and drying and it has been 2 days. There were areas in the carpet that were soaking wet where additional water should have been extracted at the time of visit. Days to dry is not ideal nor is it what you promote.
No residue and a clean you can see!

This was a wonderful experience! The gentleman that cleaned the carpet in our home called when he was five minutes away. I appreciated the communication. Not only did he communicate that he was nearby, but he was also earlier than the window of time we were originally given. Communication and timeliness are such simple things that are appreciated!

The technician, Chad, was very professional and was very efficient in the cleaning process. I had 4 rooms cleaned and he was here for about an hour. I was very happy with the way the carpet in each room looked after the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend Zerorez to others. I chose to use Zerorez for the cleaning as I appreciate their method.
I could see that our carpets, tile, and grout lines were cleaner after the technician was finished.
