I called to request an estimate for a business. Someone came out and looked over our suite, but I never received the estimate. I called to follow-up and was told that was because someone didn't take my email address. Seemed to me that some steps were missed on the front end.
However, the cleaning went well. I wasn't ever asked about tipping, so I'm not sure if that's common practice.
The entire crew was very polite and knowledgeable
The carpet cleaning service didn't do much to actually clean the carpet. The carpet is still dirty, has an odor and edges at the baseboards still have debris. It was a waste of $240.
Your employee arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went right to work and cleaned up after the cleaning. He was very professional.

The tech and helper that came out were wonderful. Both were pleasant and considerate. The second home that was done, my husband was extremely disappointed in the quality of the finished product. When going back to that house, we didn't plan on having to clean it again, but that is what happened. I took a picture of all of the stuff that came up from the carpet while doing so. Unfortunately, the furniture that was cleaned still had a bad odor. The technician said the cleaner would not take out the smell of the cigarettes; however, it probably would've been better not to clean them at all. Again, very pleased with your employees, but definitely not the product itself.

It seems like the couch we got cleaned just wasn’t cleaned well. We can clearly see the streaks from where they attempted to clean. I think the techs we great, just didn’t really clean as deep as I was expecting them to.
Well, the technician was polite but there was a disconnect from the original price quoted to the final price. I did not protest but the charges added up. The caret is cleaner but still a bit more crunchier than anticipated, probably due to age.
