The two associates we had come to our house were nice and professional.
We had two rooms that we added the per solution to with our cleaning and there was initial results but after an hour the stains were back and smell returned. We used our own low grade shampooer the next day and a ton of dirt and stains were removed. The carpet looks better after we shampooed ourselves.
We also added having our sectional cleaned and there is now a hint of mildew smell to it. We kept fans on the cushions for nearly 12 hours and kept the cushions in the upright position.
We understood that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals, but the actual cleaning of the carpet and results were extremely diss appointing and we paid $600 for 4 rooms and a couch.
I watched a few video reviews and some had this same expedience but I was hoping that was just a fluke. We were debating on zerorez or Stanley and we will be going back to using Stanley again.
Instructions given to schedular dud nit seem to be passed onto carpet cleaner unless he failed to review them
Friendly, efficient, and on time
There was spots in my carpet that I got out myself I know that heavy traffic areas are hard to get out but still they could have done a better job I was not satisfied at all and it wasn’t a lot of carpet that need the be done .if they could come back and hit the heavy traffic area that would be fine .
I already did recommend Isaac on face book and got some positive comments.

On suggestion if I may. It would be very helpful if the company would move some pieces of furniture. It makes it very difficult for us an elderly couple to move even small pieces of furniture.
