Great customer service
Service was on time, friendly, and efficient. We had spots on carpet and upholstery that were removed. So happy to use this service and have marked my calendar to start more routine cleaning.

The technician who came was very respoectful & diligent in his work. He paid very close attention to stains on the carpet & put in extra effort when needed.
The guy left our carpets so wet it took 48 hours to completely dry. He did not clean the carpet inside the closets of the rooms he cleaned. The tile he cleaned looked worse after he was done with water spots everywhere and the carpets next to the tile soaked with water. Have no intention to recommend this company or to use for future cleanings.
The workers were very good explaining each step and the effect each process would have on the carpet. Did a great job.
My main concern was how wet the carpets were left...even after asking the tech to go over them again. They were done in the morning and still damp the next day after setting the AC very cool and running fans.
The Zerorez method of cleaning has no toxins, no odor, and brief drying time. It really works on traffic patterns. An added plus is the very professional staff person who takes care with the furniture.
