Timeliness and professionalism plus the carpets look great
I liked everything, about the experience. The tech showed up right on time.The carpet was really dirty ,it turned out better than I expected ,and at a really reasonable price.
The technician was friendly and arrived on time. He took the time to explain the process since I was a new customer. At my request, he also did an extra clean on a step that had a dark spot.

Every time I’ve had zero rest at my home my carpet looks Great and isn’t crunchy . It also dries within six hours. Their employees that come are always friendly and professional. I would recommend them 100%.

Brandon was wonderful. He was very professional and explained everything so well. We are so pleased with the results. He did 2 sets of stairs that get a lot of foot traffic and they look brand new!

This is the second time we have used Zerorez. The furniture both times has cleaned up great. My only issue was with our most recent tech. He asked if he could pull the truck onto our grass. I was very reluctant but he assured me it would be fine and it would not do any damage. We now have two large spots where the grass is completely dead in our front lawn. I’m happy with our furniture cleanup but not happy that I now have dead grass because of it.
I love how the carpet was significantly improved after the technician completed the cleaning. And, the service tech went way beyond his job description - he helped get my heavy garbage can to the trash truck!
