This was a wonderful experience! The gentleman that cleaned the carpet in our home called when he was five minutes away. I appreciated the communication. Not only did he communicate that he was nearby, but he was also earlier than the window of time we were originally given. Communication and timeliness are such simple things that are appreciated!

The technician, Chad, was very professional and was very efficient in the cleaning process. I had 4 rooms cleaned and he was here for about an hour. I was very happy with the way the carpet in each room looked after the cleaning. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend Zerorez to others. I chose to use Zerorez for the cleaning as I appreciate their method.

I could see that our carpets, tile, and grout lines were cleaner after the technician was finished.

Nathan did such a great job and he was so patient with my daughters who had a million questions for him! We try really hard to lower our toxic burden in our home and not use harsh chemicals so I was thrilled to find this company. I would recommend Zeroez to anyone!

ALL ARE VERY GOOD. HOWEVER, TUESDAY AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT WE FOUND A STAIN ON OUR BEDROOM CARPET. NOT A HUGE DEAL. I THINK WE CAN SCRUB IT OUT. JUST NOT SURE WHAT IT WAS FROM. IT WAS A STRAIGHT LINE ABOUT A FOOT LONG AND HALF INCH THICK. AND IT WAS DARK GRAY ON A TAN CARPET. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE JOB YOU HAVE DONE.

Our tech, Tevin was fantastic. This is the second time we’ve worked with him and he does an amazing job. Extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Carpets look like new!

Fast, professional, fair price and carpet was cleaned well. Thank you!

Basic traffic stains were cleaned up okay and the cat throw up stain just looks like it was spread around. The carpets in the back just looks blotchy. Previous technicians have always been able to get our carpets clean and fresh. This time was a major fail. I'm glad i asked him not to do the tile and rugs. This visit really felt like I could have just used my Bissell carpet cleaner and come out with the same results.

What you can do to make it right? Idk, that's up to you. I have liked the services I've had in the past, but if this is the result I'm to expect, then I wouldn't book another appointment.
