Very clean and relatively quick
I like the process and products, but the technicians definitely make it all happen. Absolutely pleased with results again, 5+ cleanings of white carpet with two resident cats.
Friendly service man and good results.
Need more specific time for service instead of 3 hours window. I needed service in late afternoon but technician called at 11:45 am.

Our carpets look like new altho 10 yrs old. They are almost 11 yrs old & get cleaned once a year by only Zerorez.

I used other cleaning companies and always ended up with dirty spots especially on my white carpet in the dining room. I made a first time appointment and the agent explained about soap left in the carpet was causing the dirty spots. He worked one hour in a 3x3 area leading from kitchen to dining room on to my white carpet showing the suds bubbling up until no suds came up. I told neighbor ladies and have I've only used Zerorez when I needed carpet cleaned and there is no spots. I will only used ZEROREZ!
The end product looks much better than the last time we had the carpets cleaned.
Excellent, efficient service with great results. Had carpet throughout the house with a fair amount of wear and staining and it looked nearly new after our cleaning. Would absolutely use again and recommend to friends.
The technician seemed rush and didn't really care to make my carpet clean...just did his job and said that's the best he could do. Not happy
I like the way the process and how the set up is.
The people that were doing the carpet cleaning seemed to always be in a rush. If stains or areas with heavy shoe traffic were not effectively cleaned, there was no effort to try other remedies.

Isaiah was very friendly and provided information about the entire process. The carpets dried quickly and they looked great!
There was no sticky residue afterwards. Tevin walked me through every step he did and what to expect after he was done. Super nice and very experienced with his cleaning approach. People may think it’s just a carpet cleaning but it’s someone who respects the home and the people who live there. Tevin provided that and that’s why I will be a repeat customer and recommend zero rez to my friends.

Aaron was professional and answered all my questions. He was very thorough at confirming what cleaning method was best for my furniture. My furniture turned out beautifully and not one speck of a mess was left. I highly recommend Zerorez and Aaron!
Our realtor was kind enough to offer to sit and wait while doing work for your team. The window was 10-2. Your guy showed up past 3:30.
We were not told by at the booking that there was a reservation fee of 25.
We were not told that the cleaner would automatically give himself a tip.
We were not called to ask about an additional 35.00 charge for our walk in closet.
Cleaner did call to ask about adding a 50.00 charge for adding a disinfectant. Appreciated that.
Why weren’t the other charges mentioned at this time?
Our realtor paid the bill for us ( to be reimbursed) so he had no idea that we were quoted 129. at the booking for a three room special. No other charges were mentioned during this call.
Please understand our shock when the bill wound up being double without our consent for all of it.
The gentleman at my house did an absolutely wonderful job. I had renters in my home that I found out after they moved had 6 dogs living in here. There was dog hair everywhere and the carpets looked horrific. I used 3 different vacuums and a push broom in hopes to get the dog hair out, but nothing I did worked and there was hair EVERYWHERE! The gentleman came out and cleaned the carpets and surpassed all my expectations-we were moving back into the home on the same day so I was extremely grateful for how well he did. The carpets almost look brand new again (minus where the dogs dug under the doors) We did have one slight snafu, but Zerorez corrected it immediately and I will continue to be a loyal customer. I would def recommend them 10/10.
He came in and explained everything to us and did a wonderful job cleaning out carpets.
