Matt did a very good job, but I have used other carpet cleaners when I lived in another state, that I thought did a better job there. I did not see that higher quality in your company. Possibly because that carpet wasn't as old as the carpet Matt cleaned.
Not sure if he had a time frame he had to be out by. But what he had to work with in this carpet was bad, and I could see a difference after he was done. Big improvement. But not anything higher than a 7.
Your service is very very good. I only had you clean our rugs so I have not had you clean any thing else. The service tech Kenny was very good and answered all of my questions.
