I really like the absence of chemicals on the carpet. With 2 dogs, I worry about them being exposed to toxins. The job was well done, even got out wine stains that were several years old.

I love how nice the carpets feel after cleaning. Cleaning techs have always been friendly and efficient.
I am on oxygen and have a difficult time breathing from perfume smells. You don't use harsh chemicals that smell, which would make breathing very difficult during the cleaning and after the carpet has been dried for days.
I like the idea of no harsh chemicals. The results were great. No residue or unpleasant odor. In fact, no odor at all. I will definitely be calling Zerorez in the future. Thank you for your great service and Matt, our technician, was great!
