We had the carpets cleaned a few days ago. The tech was on time and was done in just over an hour. He was very professional and did a great job. The carpets were completely dry by the next morning.
We have used Zerorez for the last few years and are very happy with the results.
August 15, 2024 I called for service. I did the initial service for mice and insects. I’ve had four follow-up Kohls since and today September 6, I just saw another mouse. I’ve heard so many good things about but right now I don’t believe anything about him. Please make this right and have someone come out immediately.
The technician spent a lot of time making sure the stains were removed and cleaning the entire carpet. I appreciate the attention to detail.

They have always cleaned this house for the last six years. They have alway completely cleaned the carpet and's sectional sofa. I have called them even in “emergencies” they were at my house in a couple of house to take care it. I will not call any one else at this point.
Nathan, the technician was fantastic. He represented your company well. My carpets look great and the dog urine smell appears to be gone. He was very careful not to bang any corners with hose, and even had protectors places against the corners to prevent damage to the drywall. I switched to Zeroez from a large well known company amd Zeroez is by far superior- the carpet looks great

The application was quick and made it so easy for me to arrange my day. It was nice to still be able to walk on it right away even though it was not yet dry (as I knew it wouldn’t be).
You claimed you could clean bathroom tile; however, your equipment cannot get into the corners and therefore, did not clean the entire bathroom. I had to clean more after you left.

I wnjoued how efficiently the service went
After closely looking at my stained wood moldings where the carpet butts up to the moldings I saw numerous areas where there was scratches on the wood moldings from the large machine that applies the cleaning solution and agitates the carpet. Apparently the employee of Zerorez was moving his metal cleaning tool too quickly and kept knocking into the moulding thus creating the scratches and indents in stained wood moldings. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS CARELESSNESS. SLOW DOWN THE CARPET CLEANING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT HITTING AND SCRATCHING STAINED WOOD MOLDINGS.
You have an excellent method to cleaning carpets with your ionized water but please take care on the use of your cleaning application tool in the future. Please train your employees to slow down during the cleaning of carpets. Three rooms of cleaning should and can take longer than 50 minutes from start to finish.
