My couch looked so much better after the cleaning!
There is a visible difference that others noticed how clean it looks. The representative was very professional and polite. He was punctual and thorough.
The product used to clean the hair color off the back of the love seat is the one product used that I do like. Most areas of the carpet looks much cleaner than before, although there are certain areas that has been used more frequently and may need to be replaced that carpet in the future.
Courteous and efficient service person. Multiple pet spots removed. All looks good.
I have used Zero Res for several years. They are prompt, knowledgable and polite. My carpets always look great.
Spent $700 for 2 hours of work and although the job was done well, it wasn’t worth $350/hour. I was also appalled by the fact that during the phone payment process, the customer is asked if we want to leave a tip!!?? I paid a fortune for 2 hrs of work and certainly am not tipping a service provider and hope that the company adequately pays their service staff for the work they do.
No soap residue on my carpets
Our technician was prompt and he was very thorough. He did a walk through, quoted me the exact price asking for approval, and then got right to work. The carpets came out very clean and there were no hidden fees or the selling of "add ons" which I appreciate.

I will recommend this company to my friends and family. It was streamline and I am well pleased with the end result. The air ducts and dryer vent were cleaned by a couple of very professional and courteous men, and the cost was more reasonable than others. My house smelled so fresh after the cleaning. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

I had a lot of raised carpet places. When I called after my cleaning, they would do nothing about it
They didn't communicate as well as I would like, explain what they were doing, etc. The first time they came, they came at the earliest time in the window, but they had to reschedule due to an issue about the dryer vent. At that point, they had turned the furnace off, and did not turn it back on, which we figured out later when the AC did not come on and the house started getting really warm.
When they came back, they came at the last half hour in the window time, which happened to be on a Friday afternoon. They asked if the vent was fixed, but then did not follow up with asking if we still wanted it cleaned. We let it go--I know we could have brought it up ourselves--but we just didn't bother to get it done. Maybe next year.
Everything ekse seems to be good, and now that we have turned the furnace on, we didn't get that first-of-season burning smell, so that's nice.

Never experienced any issues previously with dry time especially with stairs.
