I paid $275 for 2 rooms and stairs. I told the gentleman that I was only concerned about the dog urine smell in the bedroom. Two days later, it smells worse than ever. They just sprayed a scent cover up on it for $75 extra.

First time you cleaned was amazing! Person, equipment, products used did an outstanding job. Second time was also a great result. However, this third time left something to be desired. Perhaps employer was inexperienced or too timid to use your products to get desired result.

Chad was very friendly, answering my questions and explaining to me carpet conditions. Also appreciate the communications and updates from everyone I spoke to.

It's really clean. The carpet looks brand new! And NO residue. Thomas was careful to get out all the spots. He was on time, efficient, and quite pleasant to deal with.

Not happy with the way the carpet dried.
We had a deep stain that they got out. But the area is still wet 5 days later. It's starting to smell. So not happy about that

Prompt service. They work with you for your needs. There is a walk through before where you let the technician specifically what you need cleaned, what they don't have to move, etc. There is a walk through afterwards to make sure you are happy with the service.

Great service and reasonable pricing.

The carpet cleaner, was only here for 1 hr. How can you properly clean 3 rooms of carpet in that time? The troubled areas of two rooms are still there, and alot of water was left on hardwood trim of hardwood floors, which bubbled and split. First time user, and I am not impressed. However he was nice and did get a stain out of one room!
