Very friendly and reliable. My carpets look amazing. Thank you so much.
I like the way my carpet looks when cleaned.
On time Friendly good service good price
We’ve used the service for nearly two years. Always a great experience. The cleaners are professional and they always do a great job with our carpet.
THEY WERE EXTREMELLY CURTIOUS AND EFFECTION
Techs want to do a good job. Prices very good. Consistent every time we use service.
The carpet cleaner went above and beyond
Our carpet looks great and Duane was prompt and extremely neat!
The people.
Good technicians and it always looks good
Wonderful service; friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient technicians; easy scheduling.
My carpets and upholstery look great!
I would recommend the carpet cleaning but not the dryer vent cleaning. Tech forgot to put drain house back when he moved the washer and it flooded the laundry and down through the ceiling of living room
After the carpet is cleaned, it seems to last longer than other people that we have used
High quality work and Kenny, the technician, was great.
You always do a wonderful job!
Nice Experience
Good job done. Nice employees
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was courteous, followed our instructions, and was in and out of our home in a timely manner. I would use Zerorez again, especially when they run good specials.
Service has been great and we had one callback which was handled wonderfully.
Kyle and Scott were on time and worked very well together. They did great work, but I had to turn off the lights for rooms they worked after they were done. I also had to remove tape from two vents that required a step stool for me to reach them.
It does a great job
On time very accommodating
Courteous, knowledgeable technician (Kenny). Results look good. 😊
I have been impressed with the service and with the technicians who I have interacted with.
The technician was great and so friendly. We’ve had him twice in a row and he gets 5 stars!
Chad was very nice and professional….the cleaning results were not as good as I expected. Some spots were still visible. I did not see any pretreating of spots which I think would have helped with those areas…chad also told me that a water spot would come back eventually. So overall just not a “new looking” sectional. I feel it was just “ok”.
The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very professional and polite. There are just a couple of spots that didn't come up?
Also, i believe he was going to send by email an estimate on air duct cleaning? Please let me know how much that would be for our home
Thanks
Tevin was the best - called to say he was on his way - arrived right on time - explained all the procedures & cost & did a fantastic job of cleaning my stairs & carpets.
Great job
Got ductwork done quickly.
