On Time, Friendly, Efficient
It was easy to schedule, arrived on time and worked cleanly and quickly. Overall was good, but after drying we did notice that some of the pet stains were not completely removed (although much better than initially). The other item was that the technician left without advice or information on how long we should expect to wait for drying or any other precautions we should take.

However, I think your extraction doesn’t work well. I redid the steps today and a couple of other heavy traffic areas, and really got a lot of dirt out. I have pictures.
The living room looks good, but the low “shaggy” carpeted areas did not clean up well.
Last time you were here, I was totally amazed.

Clean, stays clean, quick dry.
The service provided by, Reese, and his politeness and altitude were excellent. The experience would have been much improved IF the fact that a portable/mobile machine was needed for my unit due to its distance from parking to my unit was toooo far for your hose to reach. Reese, therefore, had to delay and return to wherever the portable is stored…an inconvenience to both of us.
Service is advertised as removing spots and stains - that was not the provided service. Carpet appears the same as it did before the ZeroRez technician arrived. Would NOT recommend your company.

Our stairs were left with stains after the first cleaning. I requested to have them re-done and the stains are still there and now it smells like mildew. Very disappointed. The stains were not on my stairs prior to the cleaning. There are stripes of dirt all the way down. It looks like dirty water was used to clean it.
