The carpet is very streaked and a couple really bad spots. I called and they are coming back to re-clean! I hope it comes out better the next time because I don't like leaving bad reviews...
Hello. The technician arrived early and was very pleasant, so we were pleased with that. Unfortunately there were also some down sides. First, the technician had terrible body odor. It made it difficult to have to stand near him to talk.
There are still some spots that didn’t get clean, even with the spot treatment that we paid $75 extra for. So that is disappointing. Lastly, the technician failed to put protection under a couple pieces of wood furniture that were sitting on wet carpet. I asked him if he was going to put something under the furniture, so he did then do that. But I shouldn’t have had to ask. Again, he was very nice and polite but maybe needs a little more experience?
Zerorez did a great job cleaning our sectional and carpet. He took his time and it showed.
That you do not use any detergents in the cleaning process.

Carpet came cleaner then was expected. Young man was quick and did great work. Carpet dryer in 3 hours.
Love the products there is zero Residue. My carpet is off white and it looks like new.

I was distressed first time around when 1 of the 2 carpets was left with an extensive stain. However, 2 days later a different technician arrived, removed the stain and left the carpet in dry good condition. The initial disappointing mishap is why I rated the company 8 out of 10. But having said that, a professional home cleaning owner highly recommends this company and I would follow her advice again.

Great technicians--always very professional. Cleaning process does the job with no perfume-type odor and without leaving a crunchy residue on carpet or furniture.

Our technician explained everything about what he was about to do. He even recommended extras but wasn't pushy about them. Had us check after he was done to make sure we were happy with everything. Overall very good experience and now I have clean carpets.
