After closely looking at my stained wood moldings where the carpet butts up to the moldings I saw numerous areas where there was scratches on the wood moldings from the large machine that applies the cleaning solution and agitates the carpet. Apparently the employee of Zerorez was moving his metal cleaning tool too quickly and kept knocking into the moulding thus creating the scratches and indents in stained wood moldings. NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS CARELESSNESS. SLOW DOWN THE CARPET CLEANING TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT HITTING AND SCRATCHING STAINED WOOD MOLDINGS.

You have an excellent method to cleaning carpets with your ionized water but please take care on the use of your cleaning application tool in the future. Please train your employees to slow down during the cleaning of carpets. Three rooms of cleaning should and can take longer than 50 minutes from start to finish.

Our Zerorez carpet guy was on time, and all business. He went straight to work and wasted no time. In addition to carpet cleaning he was supposed to clean our couches but after carefully looking at how the manufacturer suggested a dry method instead of the Zerorez water method, he explained he would not be able to clean the couches. He then helped out matters by recommending another cleaning company that could complete the work with a successful couch cleaning. That is both helpful and considerate and he should be commended for his willingness to problem solve and put the client first. A great job.

Duct cleaning guys were outstanding. No nonsense and all business. They worked together and completed all phases of the project quickly and successfully. I was pleased with their results and would ask them back again if and when needed in the future.
