Noticed today that cover for exhaust vent for basement bathroom was off, leaving a 4 inch opening for anything to get into house. It is close to dry vent so guessing they took off by mistake ( I hope they did not clean that out instead of dryer vent). Also disappointed that we were not able to see amount of dirt removed because truck not emptied from previous jobs.

The crew who performed our air duct cleaning did the job they were booked to do. There are a few things that I want to note that should probably be handled better in the future. Firstly, I want to say the crew was nice and professional. Their demeanor was great. But, some attention to detail was lacking. What made me go with ZeroRez for air duct work was because I had such a great experience just days before for my carpet, rug, and sofa cleaning. I was so pleased with the experience and results that I wanted this company back to do more great cleaning in my house.

Here are the issues I noticed during and after the service: During cleaning, corner guards were not installed when bringing in hoses and cords into my home. The carpet cleaner did this and I was so pleased because there was no damage or clean up. After the air duct cleaners, I had to go to every corner the hoses snaked around and clean up marks with a Magic Eraser and check for indents. Secondly, dirty full palm prints and finger prints were left on my ceiling or walls while uninstalling/re-installing the vents — I had to Magic Eraser these too. Thirdly, a vent cover on the outside of my house was removed and not put back. We had to re-install it ourselves via ladder. And lastly, shoe guards (or just no shoes) were not worn in my home. Ironic, since it was just days from when professional carpet cleaning was done. Ideally, no client should have to ask to them to take off their shoes. Normally, we're not strict about this at all but I JUST had them done so it was very annoying to see two other guys with their dirty shoes going up and done my stairs that were just refreshed.

I also want to mention that ZeroRez advertises footage of the cleaning. I never got any. I asked the guy about it and he said he couldn't do it because it was so tight in there — which I get, but isn't every furnace space? If it's not common for him to record video of the cleaning process to see the satisfaction of it, then I wouldn't mention to customers at all to expect this upon completion. I just had to assume that dust and build up was successfully taken out of my home.

My couches turned out great after cleaning

I LOVE this company. They are the only carpet cleaning service that I've used in several years. They are professional and personable. They recently cleaned the carpet in a home I referred to them, and what they did with that carpet was amazing. We were afraid it was beyond cleaning. The fact that there is no sticky residue due to soap is also a plus.

Professional and knowledgeable technicians!

Tevin was very efficient and did a terrific job cleaning three room carpets and three pieces of cloth covered furniture. There was no cleanup required and it only took 12 hours before it was dry for walking. Tevin was very courteous and thoroughly explained what he was doing and did a walk through each room and checked the furniture to confirm his cleaning solution was compatible with the furniture. I would recommend Zerores to anyone for rug and furniture cleaning.
