I had a lot of raised carpet places. When I called after my cleaning, they would do nothing about it

They didn't communicate as well as I would like, explain what they were doing, etc. The first time they came, they came at the earliest time in the window, but they had to reschedule due to an issue about the dryer vent. At that point, they had turned the furnace off, and did not turn it back on, which we figured out later when the AC did not come on and the house started getting really warm.

When they came back, they came at the last half hour in the window time, which happened to be on a Friday afternoon. They asked if the vent was fixed, but then did not follow up with asking if we still wanted it cleaned. We let it go--I know we could have brought it up ourselves--but we just didn't bother to get it done. Maybe next year.

Everything ekse seems to be good, and now that we have turned the furnace on, we didn't get that first-of-season burning smell, so that's nice.

We had the carpets cleaned a few days ago. The tech was on time and was done in just over an hour. He was very professional and did a great job. The carpets were completely dry by the next morning.
We have used Zerorez for the last few years and are very happy with the results.

August 15, 2024 I called for service. I did the initial service for mice and insects. I’ve had four follow-up Kohls since and today September 6, I just saw another mouse. I’ve heard so many good things about but right now I don’t believe anything about him. Please make this right and have someone come out immediately.

The technician spent a lot of time making sure the stains were removed and cleaning the entire carpet. I appreciate the attention to detail.

On time, fast, efficient. Everything came clean EXCEPT a coffee stain that had been there less time than the others. :-/

They have always cleaned this house for the last six years. They have alway completely cleaned the carpet and's sectional sofa. I have called them even in “emergencies” they were at my house in a couple of house to take care it. I will not call any one else at this point.

Nathan, the technician was fantastic. He represented your company well. My carpets look great and the dog urine smell appears to be gone. He was very careful not to bang any corners with hose, and even had protectors places against the corners to prevent damage to the drywall. I switched to Zeroez from a large well known company amd Zeroez is by far superior- the carpet looks great

No soap or chemical residue.

The application was quick and made it so easy for me to arrange my day. It was nice to still be able to walk on it right away even though it was not yet dry (as I knew it wouldn’t be).

You claimed you could clean bathroom tile; however, your equipment cannot get into the corners and therefore, did not clean the entire bathroom. I had to clean more after you left.
