The deodorizing chemical pre- treatment was sprayed on our walls around the entire room. We had later scrub the walls.

I have used Zerorez for several years and they do a fantastic job. The technicians that have done the cleaning in my house have been very professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they give you an exact quote for the options presented by the technicians. I have given away my do-it yourself shampooer. I am a very happy customer.
Carpet doesn’t look much better than before :(
You want to charge $50 per seat on a couch $300 to clean a couch? On top of that you charge me a $45 service fee for coming out....NEVER WILL recommend! We will NEVER use again.
I want to thank this company for their prompt courteous and efficient service… I had a spill on a brand new wall-to-wall carpet and inadvertently put the wrong chemical on it… While it was still wet they came out and removed the chemical… I can’t thank them enough for making this service feel like they were personally involved with my mistake -I completely recommend Zerorez… Thank you so so much!!!

We had the carpet cleaned for our office. Turned out great. Service was exceptional. Literally, called to schedule a quote, received quote, and received service all within the same week. The day of the service, the technician was very professional and did a great job. Our first time using Zerorez, but will definitely call back when service is needed again - also in a residential setting as well.

It smells musty and the pet stains are still kinda present in areas. Plus the couch was expensive and we still see dirty areas. We’ve used others that cost less and did a better job. Just being honest. Tevin was great, just not that impressed by the overall product.
