got spots out of the carpet that other carpet cleaning services had not removed
Zerorez had to come back to my house to clean underneath the sofa which was missed the first time but they were very willing to return and do the cleaning at no charge.
The young men who were sent to my home last Friday were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They are great representatives for your company and I will definitely use your services again. I also would request Nathaniel and his partner again. I especially appreciated being apprised of the men's arrival time. Oh and my carpet looks great.

We had a great experience with Zerorez! Our floors and furniture a looked and smelled so nice after being cleaned. We didn't want to walk on the carpets after they were cleaned...it was like white pretty snow you don't want to mess up! Allie did a wonderful job giving us a quote and working with us so we could stay within our price point while maximizing the area to be cleaned. Our tech, Patrick, was very friendly and detail oriented. It is also a plus that Zerorez is safe for pets and kids. We will definitely use them in the future.

Environmentally friendly and the end result was great!
I was very pleased with the results. My carpets, which had not been cleaned in 3 years, became amazingly clean. I really like the Zerorez concept of not using detergents or surfactants in the cleaning process, as this should greatly reduce ongoing dirt build-up.
No soap or chemicals.
(1) The man who cleaned my carpet claimed to believe on Jesus; a plus.
(2) The man who cleaned my carpet tried his best; a plus.
(3) Your business name is palindromic, such that it makes the Chicks On The Right giggle; a plus;
(4) The only things that I found unsatisfactory is that one room and 13 steps cost $140 but three rooms would only cost $129. So I felt a bit ripped off, monetarily. And, the contractor who is working on fixing certain aesthetic issues in my house this week told me that "soil filtration" in carpets on stairs is the biggest load of horse dung ever uttered by a carpet-cleaning person. But, since Nathaniel is a Christian and TCOTR love zerorez so much, I let slide that bogus explanation of the dusty, soot-like marks on the edge of each stair (some of which Nathaniel cleaned up completely with a rag).
(5) My carpets were thoroughly filthy, and they're much better now; a plus that mitigates the minuses of list item #4.
