This is the second home that we have had ZeroRez out to and been please with the results. We did have some "worn and very dirty" traffic spots in front of what used to be the old owners sectional that didn't come all the way clean, but that could be the quality of the carpet. Overall, we like the results.

I am not sure how old the carpet is, but I've been in the apartment for 2 years and it wasn't new when I moved in. It looked as close to new as possible when he was finished. No sickly sweet odor just a pleasant clean fragrance, totaly eliminated the urine odor and dried in 8 hours. The last time I had my carpets shampooed it took 3 days to dry and stank for weeks.

I like that you don't use soap. However, I was told that you would bring fans and he didn't. The fabric protectant feels to me like a film on the carpet. I couldn't tell if it was dry or not but I think I was feeling the protectant. I think Andrew is very nice and polite and am satisfied with the results of the cleaning. But, I was a bit disappointed in the den carpet. I probably had higher expectations that were not realistic. When your ads on the radio said the cleaning would make my carpet look like new, I really thought that would happen. I still like the idea of the process you use and would recommend you.

Process was quick and easy and did a good job of cleaning my carpets.

You missed your orginal appointment time. If I cancelled in less than 24hrs you'd charge me a cancellation fee. But when you miss your appointment time you give me a measly ten percent discount.

Method of cleaning and sanitation with no chemicals. Customer service was fantastic prior to the appointment. Patrick cleaned out carpets and was very friendly, thorough, and came early in our window of time which was really nice. Definitely will use this service again.
