Professional and did a great job carpets look great. Very friendly and reasonably priced!
The cleaning is fantastic and the staff are very helpful and communicative.
Techs seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Please having them in my home.
Respectfully, I had high hopes for this to be better than previous companies used. It was about the same. And you didn't move any furniture, not even light stuff.
Professionals who knew their products and what it could do. The carpet was cleaner than any other carpet cleaner we have had in the past.
Everything!
Very professional service and did a great job!
The only thing we would like fixed is the large chip of paint that was taken off our doorway into our closet during the cleaning. I can send a picture if you like. Thanks!
The cleaner arrived on time, surveyed and quickly cleaned the areas. I am pleased and will probably use this company again.
No chemicals - very fresh. Carpet looks great.
They seem to work.
The men who come to do the services so far have been very professional and have done a very thorough job. I would recommend Zerorez to someone if they asked.
My carpets don't look like they were cleaned at all. They feel crusty/stiff, like all the dirt wasn't removed and still have a dog smell.
Woth 4 dogs and 2 cats, and kids keeping the carpets clean is very essential to us keeping a clean and healthy home. Zerorez not only pretreats, cleans, and sanitizes they do it with out chemicals that could ruin the carpet and the environment.
Great customer service. Products that don't smell bad!
The cleaning process was sub par. We have had to have you back to get missed spots and stains that were the initial issue.
Carpet smelled and looked great! Employees are professional and nice. Good prices!!
Some of the stains in the carpets did not come completely out. Also my couch did not come as clean as I had anticipated.
Very clean + quick drying time + no bad chemicals.
Very courteous and professional; a bit pricey compared to others.
No soap used - carpets feel cleaner than when I've used other companies
I loved the citrus scent that was still in my home the next day. It completely eliminated the musty odor in my home and the process made my older carpets look great.
I have already sent an email/survey that I was not happy with the cleaning and never heard from anyone.
Very clean and efficient process
My family room carpet has had very bad stains for quite awhile and I did not think it would ever come clean! It now looks almost new again!
They were quick and efficient. The carpet look good. Thanks.
The advertising is all hype. There was nothing special about your service. I have had better service at 1/3 of the price.
Very professional service and pleased with the cleaning. My carpets did say wet a lot longer than I was told was my only complaint.
Safe for my pets and my granddaughter
Did not take long time to dry.
Love the no chemicals, Andrew was very professional and on time. My carpets look great!
