What do you like about our products and services?

Our carpets look great! Patrick, our cleaner, was very professional and walked me through the process. He showed the difference between Zerorez cleaning and the competition, and took the time to show my 10 yr. old son some of the science in the process. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who would like to get their carpets cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Upstairs looked great downstairs looked ok but I was hoping for stairs and edging to look better. It also didn't smell any different. Technician was very nice though I don't think it's his fault!

What do you like about our products and services?

Patrick was friendly and professional. He graciously agreed to clean a small chair and my outside cushions even though I originally had not requested that. The carpet was dry that evening.

They where booties when in homes, bring fans to assist with drying. Very courteous and polite .

Your employees were both pleasant and informative taking great care with their work. I'm very happy with the results, especially on the grout of our slate floor. Looks brand new! I will definitely be using your services again!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We feel that the price is quite a bit higher than what we are used to paying for cleaning service. It was $100-$150 higher than Stanley Steamer. Also - could not find any discounts or coupons available.
