Patrick worked very hard and did his best. However the stains were still there and there was an odor afterwards. It is the process not the person that I have issue.

Very reasonably priced and Eric did a fabulous job. Very polite and arrived exactly when he said he would. Carpets were in pretty bad shape and he worked a miracle. Going to have them back to clean furniture too. Highly recommend Zerorez!

Clean smelling after the carpet was finished, it looked good. You said you would call before you came and you did. You also told me when I called that before doing the cleaning we would go over what you would be cleaning so I could change something if needed be you started the cleaning. I'm am pleased too say my husband & I are both very happy with your service....

Our stairs are extremely high traffic and I thought that there was no way that they would come out looking decent after the cleaning. They look brand new! I also am very pleased with the how well the rooms came out and with how quickly they dried.
Carpets are clean & look a ton better without the use of chemicals!
We bought a condo six months ago and inherited serious buildup in the grout in our guest bathroom. Patrick was able to remove 98% of it and our white ceramic bathroom floors look fantastic. I had tried everything even steaming and nothing worked Our whole experience with Zerorez was positive. From the initial phone call when the woman who arranged our appointment listened to my request and assured me the technician would show me a sample of what the system could do and if that was not sufficient we would not move forward to results that exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer.
The carpets and the upholstery came out very nicely and the technician was helpful and professional.
Patrick did a great job on our carpet. He was friendly and answered questions about cleaning a tile floor in the future. He showed up on time and worked efficiently.

Excellent service. Cleaned all stains in off white carpet that had not been cleaned in
several years. No soap or chemical agents a great process with no smell and great drying
process. Will use again soon for rest of carpet in our home. Also recommended to our
Daughter who will be using soon. Will recommend to all friends & neighbors as well.

I was surprised that our pet stains have already come back. We had our carpets cleaned less than a week ago. Short of cleaning them again at no charge, I don't know what can be done to make things right.
Technician arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and explained the process thoroughly. Because we are expecting a new baby soon, I was thrilled to find a company that provides cleaning and sanitizing of carpets without residue. Our carpets looked and smelled amazing and drying time took only about 5 hours. Will use again and again!

There was no chemical smell and the fabric was not "krusty" to the touch. The tech. was on time and very professional and polite.

I was putting things back in place that evening. Carpet looks great and house smells great. Very pleased with whole experience.
Tech was very nice and efficient! My carpet is 25 years old and it looked great after cleaned granted there were some" high traffic" worn spots but I knew the carpet was clean!! I will use Zerorez again!!
