Friendly and really helpful folks.
My carpets look and smell so fresh, and I feel better about my kids playing on them. I like the fact that there is no residue left behind! Patrick was awesome...really knowledgable and friendly! I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Service was on time, he did a walk through to verify the services and any problem areas I wanted him to be aware of. He was very knowledgable, polite and did a great job on our carpets. I had some problem areas on a couple if chairs and he worked on those as well. I would recommend them and one of my neighbors asked the next day how I liked your work and I highly recommended zerorez to them as they needed their carpet cleaned.

Awesome!!!!! I didn't think it was possible to get the pet odor and stains out of my carpet but zerorez did. I will never use any other company for my carpet cleaning needs.
Technician (Nathaniel) was on time, very informative about what he was going to do and which spots would most likely not come out. He was very efficient and very personable. The carpets that were cleaned look great!

I paid extra to treat a pet odor in our 2-year old home's carpets, once the carpets dried the smell came right back. Zerorez seems totally ineffective, very disappointing.
Patrick, our Zerorez tech, was prompt, knowledgable, and did a great job on our carpet! I like that there is no soap residue and that citrus is used. We had a great experience all the way from making our appointment to paying for the service.
It was quick and easy. Water source and dirty water was all contained in their vehicle. Patrick was very polite and professional.
Negatives: was not able to schedule via Internet; screen verified my desired date but never went on to schedule. Had to call in. Not wild about the citrus smell.

I have been pleased with the quality of the staff who has been out to my home, the services performed (carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning to remove a difficult spot), and the way my house feels and smells after a cleaning.
No chemicals. Prompt and friendly service.
I like the idea of eliminating the residues which occurs with the normal carpet cleaning process.
Patrick and Justin were very professional and considerate. Before even starting the cleaning process we discussed any possible trouble areas which would need special attention.
Honestly, the job was well done.
My concern is that the pet stain or oder product did not work in the room we had it applied too. The smell is still in the room. I not sure why it would not work. Our carpet is pre-coated with stain resistance and we have liquid resistant padding underneath.
I would like someone to come out a re-treat the one room the pet oder removal product was used in.

It was more expensive than I had hoped. Especially for such a small house.
Tech was very friendly and very imformative.
The products smelled good and the carpet cleaning was very fast. The carpet dried really fast.
Fantastic job on the carpet cleaning. The guy who did it (Eric???) was very courteous. A little pricey but hopefully it will stay clean longer than with traditional carpet cleaners.
