I scheduled the carpet cleaning for my new home and was planning to clean not only the bedroom but also the finished basement and basement stairs. Unfortunately, the day you were scheduled which was also my first day in the home, the basement had a minor flood. Understandably you were unable to clean the basement carpet. However, given that you have a required minimum, I was then faced with the option of canceling or overpaying for a single bedroom cleaning. I opted to overpay and have the one room done because you were unwilling to allow me to pay in advance for the basement and have you return on a different day. I was told that I would have to pay for a second visit (again with a trip minimum) and essentially double the estimated cost of the cleaning the two areas. I would have appreciated your understanding and flexibility given the unique circumstance. Additionally, the bedroom that was cleaned continues to have a pet odor. While I was informed that the carpet cleaning may only be a "bandaid" solution and that the carpet may need future replacement, I was hopeful that the carpet cleaning would have had some improvement and it has not. Overall I feel that I overpaid for a service that did not improve the concerns for which I called.

Fast. Didn't have to wait real long for carpets to dry. Service techs were great. Very personable and informative.

The gentlemen who cleaned my carpet wre polite and told me everythong they were doing before the started. Even though my carpet is relatively old (Noiv 2001), they made it ook nearly new.

Nothing. Appreciated test spot and final consultation before work began and bringing certain areas to my attention during cleaning process. Do wish that some of the dark edges by baseboards had come cleaner.

This was a retreat. I would have appreciated getting it right the first time. I would really look at the person who did our carpet as he once again attempted to talk us out of getting the carpet cleaned. when we finally told him we wanted it cleaned it looked really good plus dried a lot quicker which makes me wonder what he did the first time

Your tech did a great job on cleaning all the stains on my carpets and there were LOTS of them! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will for sure use your cleaning services again and will highly recommend you to my family and friends!

Be more mindful to move furniture back to original location. I had to spend a lot of time moving every piece of furniture in the room back to where it was - pregnant, with a toddler, and a husband who was away for the next three days. Some of the pieces were intentionally not move back onto the carpet, which I understood, but that is not what I'm referencing.

A bit pricey, some pet stains didn't come up and my carpets didn't look as "bright" when done as they have with other cleaning companies

The air in my house is cleaner, Without any chemicals - I can truly tell how much better that is.

My concern is I've got some high traffic areas that were perfect when Jason left and stayed that way until about 36 hours later. Now I can see "shadows" of the dirt that was there - much darker before. I don't know if this is due to my carpets being old or if the dirt is still in there. I was very pleased with the customer service, Jason was on time and very professional and courteous. My carpets had been neglected for a while - so I'm really not sure which is why I gave you a 9. I'd love to actually see someone else's carpets after being cleaned to see if it worked better on theirs.

I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends but with the above caveat.

The man cleaning the carpets was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions! He was quick and through and had beautiful kind blue eyes. Thank you!
