environmentally friendly
With 2 dogs we have the carpets cleaned about every 6 months. The carpets look great, service specialist was right on time and friendly, and the carpet has back the "fluff" it had when it was new 2 years ago.

Spot removal. I do want to say that the tech you sent was first class and worked very hard. There are just a couple of spots that it didn't remove the spot. I am not talking about the pet stains as I understand that one. These are spots on carpet in small bedroom.
I was very surprised as the cleaning was being done at the difference. Almost immediately you could see the difference.
I was pretty happy with everything. The guy that came out was great! He was exactly the kind of person you hope for when you are having people come to your house to perform any kind of work or service. The only thing I am concerned about is that there was a spot cleaned where a plant had been sitting and there was a small dirt spot there before and now the dirt spot is gone but I have a much larger spot that is yellowed.
Other than that our carpets look great and the guy that came to our house was excellent!

I had a wool oriental carpet sent to your carpet spa, and while the stains were mostly removed from the white fringe, other stains remained. My sectional looked a lot better, but I don't know that I'd send a carpet out with Zerorez again.
Your technician was very professional, friendly, on time and was finished in a timely fashion.
My carpets after smelled and felt great! My carpet wasn't left with a stiff or crunchy feel to them either.
I love that you don't use soaps or harmful chemicals, our children, pets and carpet appreciates that!

i still have the pet urine smell. while other carpet cleaners use chemicals it must be the chemicals that help mask/kill the odor. so as long as others don't have pets i would change the 5 to a 10. the guy that did the cleaning was great and the carpets look great
The service and product is great but the customer service experience was fantastic. It is service that keeps customers coming back and because of that, we will be repeat customers in the future. Truly a great experience!
Our technician did a great job communicating what he planned to do and how well he thought it would work and he indicated some stains might not come out, but to my pleasant surprise, all stains came out and the carpets look great. It also dried in the time he suggested (it was definitely dry by the late afternoon before our kids got home from school. Thanks for a job well done.

Price is alittle high compared to other like companys. Not enough that it would keep me from using again, especially after the service.
Patrick and Jeff were very professional and friendly. They did a super, great job on my carpets (even got those awful black marks off the edges) and my furniture looks almost new again. I, really, couldn't be happier. One of my chairs needed a little bit more "spit shine" so Jeff came back and redid the entire chair. That was unnecessary as far as I could see, but I could tell he was happier to redo it. I would use this company, again, in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm scheduling them to come back to clean 2 more chairs and an ottoman! Oh, they also gave me a sample of the used water from my cleaning. Yuck, I should do this more often!
Eric was very friendly and explained every step of the process. The carpets looked cleaner than they ever have with any other competitor that we have used. We are anxious to see how long they stay this way!
The fact that you don't use chemicals. I have cats in our home and feel better about using Zerorez for my carpet cleaning.

It cleaned my grout and tile better than I thought possible.
We have already re-scheduled for next Friday due to your technician failing to move even the coffe table in front of the couch to clean under it. Most disappointed with this approach to cleaning carpets. ALL heavy furniture was moved before he arrived and couches and chairs can easily be moved by one person. I have photos to show how he found the furniture when he arrived and it was in same spot when he left and carpet was dry under it.
