The guy that came to the house was very nice and he worked very hard. He literally got down on his hands and knees to work on the carpet. He could not get out the "traffic" stains in the family room. It was still dark when he left. I do not think that it was the operator. I just do not think that your system really works. Langenwalter and even Stanley Steamer have no problem getting the dirt out of the traffic areas. I would like to use no chemicals but your system just can not do what your advertise that it will do.
