Amazing difference from other carpet cleaners...no crunch under feet next day, no residue on tile, and most importantly, no stains reappeared after the technician left. This was the very first time I did not regret having it done. True story: one year I had carpets cleaned two days before Thanksgiving. By the very next day, the carpet looked as if it had not been cleaned. I know this would not happen with Zerorez. Also, since it worked so well, I can go longer between cleanings. That translates to better value. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to all of our friends, Many thanks!
Our guy was great, polite, efficient and quick. Only hitch was when his machine broke and there were 8 steps left to clean. He quickly arranged for another truck to come to our home (and he waited for it) to finish the job. That person did the last 8 steps, unfortunately, those last steps took two days to dry. Next time we call, I'm asking for the guy who was here originally, he really did a wonderful job. Can't remember if he name was Jason or Justin though.
Loved that there was little to no smell. Was worried about the stains on my carpet between 4 adult children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 dogs I thought they were permanant. But all of them came out, and the service tech was very polite and very knowledgable. Grat experience.
Workers were friendly and efficient. Carpets look great. I called right after the men left because I forgot to get a receipt for payment for services. I was told a receipt would be sent by e-mail. I don't believe I've received it yet. I really would like a receipt. Thank you. Name removed
This feedback is for the technician Patrick who came out and fixed what the first technician failed to do. The fist time you came out you left awful stains. Patrick came back and recleaned the carpet and now it look fantastic. The first technician, Andrew, did not do a good job.
The technician (Mark) was prompt, courteous, and efficient. When he finished his work, my house smelled fresh and clean (not like chemicals)and my carpet looks amazing! I believe the carpet is cleaner than it has been in years. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, and I'm already recommending Zerorez to my friends! Thanks!!!

Eric, the tech, had the carpet cleaned in a very short amount of time and worked particularly hard on heavy traffic areas to get the best result. He was respectful of our property and courteous.

Didn't disappoint at all. I just don't really recommend carpet cleaning to friends (I haven't once in my 45 years of life). So it's doubtful I will do anytime soon.

No harsh chemicals
The tile and grout cleaning performed in our bathroom was great except that there is approx. 1 in. from the edge of the wall out (and it goes all the way around the perimeter of the pathroom) that did not get cleaned. I'm assuming it is due to the way the equipment is designed, that it can't reach all the way to the edge. I did not mention it to the service person who was here as I thought the remaining discoloration might have been wet areas that just needed to dry. I'm not sure that there is anything that can be done as I don't know how your equipment is designed.
The carpet cleaning, including the pet treatment, was very satisfactory.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job.
Techs were an hour and a half late and spent less than 30 minutes from entering to leaving. They offered to clean one rug but not the runner that matched. No shoe covers or fans were used. Carpet is still wet over 24 hours later. Carpet was clean (I clean every 6-8 months) and house smelled very clean. Overpriced in others I have used in the past
