A bit pricey, some pet stains didn't come up and my carpets didn't look as "bright" when done as they have with other cleaning companies
Only water use to clean carpets
I like the fact there is no soap residue on the carpet.
Very nice and efficient service people. It did not stink!! I am highly allergic to fragrances and had no problem.
All floors look very clean.
Very polite and professional
carpet looked extremely clean and no smell.techs were very personable and corteous
The air in my house is cleaner, Without any chemicals - I can truly tell how much better that is.
My concern is I've got some high traffic areas that were perfect when Jason left and stayed that way until about 36 hours later. Now I can see "shadows" of the dirt that was there - much darker before. I don't know if this is due to my carpets being old or if the dirt is still in there. I was very pleased with the customer service, Jason was on time and very professional and courteous. My carpets had been neglected for a while - so I'm really not sure which is why I gave you a 9. I'd love to actually see someone else's carpets after being cleaned to see if it worked better on theirs.
I would recommend Zerorez to my family and friends but with the above caveat.
The man cleaning the carpets was extremely friendly and helpful with all my questions! He was quick and through and had beautiful kind blue eyes. Thank you!
Prices r high.. additional things added up to a significant bill.
Green clean and dries quickly
There were several areas (not associated with pet issues) that did not any better after the service than before. In fact, I used my Hoover home carpet cleaner and was amazed at the amount of dirt I extracted from these same areas. The water was filthy. These areas look much better than after your treatment. I also thought the $88 charge for the two very small areas treated with the pet topical product was EXCESSIVE. I bought a gallon of Nature's Miracle for $18.00 at Pet Supplies Plus and it was more effective. I also believe I was overcharged for the stairs. I counted 14 and at $4.00 per stair, that comes to $54.00 not $64.00. Also, the bottom riser did not appear to be touched.
Carpet looked terrific and I liked how it wasn't crunchy afterwards. The pretreater also smelled great!
Areas of carpet felt crunchy after they dried. Is this normal?
the tech that came out didn't offer to help me move the larger furniture and/or offer to put plastic under the legs of the furniture that did not get moved so it wouldn't get wet
I called with a concern from my recent apt. I could not tell the carpets had been cleaned as my wife had to spot clean areas on her own. I was told a supervisor would be contacting me and this did not happen. I spent over 500 dollars on service.
Great job and very friendly.
Very professional
Product has very little to no odor
Appointment time promptly met
Carpets look great
Liked Nathaniel. Very knowledgeable.
Good products and excellent customer service.
The Tech was very nice and the carpets are the cleanest ever!
Great job removing spots. Out carpet looks new!
Carpets came clean & there was no lingering odor. Carpets dried quickly too.
We paid for the 3 room special & an oversized room but one of the 3 rooms wasn't done. I was glad the technician was able to come later that day to finish the job, but the timing was inconvenient. I was also disappointed that when I called to say that a room was missed an apology was never offered. The technician apologized but I expected an apology on the phone & was surprised I didn't get one.
No chemicals and the guys were very fast.
very friendly and professional, reasonable pricing and great service
They smelled great! The guys who came here were extremely friendly and courteous! Thank you!
Good communication. Quick and effective cleaning. Pleasant employer.
When I described my needs to Alley who scheduled the appointment, she told me that there was a 3 room special for $129 and a charge of $4 per stair step. I had 12 stairs, so that was going to be $48. She said there would be an additional $34 charge for the hallway and a $34 charge for the bathroom, but that the service tech would have to see the traffic area I needed to have cleaned to decide whether they would price it as an additional room or as a hallway. (It ended up being priced as a walk-in closet.) Alley said there was a $14 charge for waste water disposal. I told her that my cat had sprayed in the 4 corners of 2 rooms, but that I had already treated those areas and cleaned a lot of it up. I told her you couldn't see any stains, but I was concerned about a faint smell that was beginning to develop. She said that there was a special treatment for pet urine that would take care of the smell and that it cost $75 per gallon. She said that with 4 corners in 2 rooms, it would probably take 1 gallon, but might take 2 gallons at the most. I came away with the impression that I could expect the total job to cost in the range of $350 to $400. However, when the service tech arrived at my home, he said that pet urine treatment required 1 gallon of special solution for each spot where the cat had sprayed -- in other words, it would cost $75 per spot. (8 spots = $600). I told the service tech that Alley had said that the solution was concentrated and I thought it was mixed with water so that one to two gallons of the special solution was all that was necessary to treat all of the spots. He said no - it required one gallon per spot. However, he said he thought he could treat all 8 spots with just 6 gallons of the special solution. (6 gallons = $450). I was shocked at the cost, but I also wanted to treat the problem and the service tech was standing in my house ready to start the job, so I agreed to the price, which (adding in for the back side of a couch) ended up being a whopping $801 -- double what I had expected based on my phone conversation with Alley. Afterwards, my mom, who was at the house while the work was being done, told me she that she would never pay $800 to get her carpets cleaned and my friends have all expressed shock that carpet cleaning 3 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stairs -- even with a pet urine treatment -- would cost nearly $1,000. My mom and friends are all saying I got "taken." And, now I am regretting that I paid so much money to have work done that doesn't seem to have made any difference. The corners where the cat sprayed smell exactly the same now as they did before they were cleaned. Alley was very nice on the phone and the service tech was very nice and professional. My mom even said that the service tech worked very dilligently. However, I think you need to be more up front with customers that the special pet urine treatment costs $75 per spot, so that pet owners have a more accurate understanding of what their total cost will really be before deciding whether to hire your company. -- Name removed
Great staff, excellent service.

The technician was knowledgeable and upfront about the product -- especially since we were having a pet odor issue. I appreciated his candor.
