I wouldn't recommend for stained carpet. Otherwise, it was okay. I am able to get the stains out but it is going to take a while doing them by hand one at a time. Your representative was honest and I would recommend him (but for cleaner carpets).
My carpet feels and smells amazing! The service techs were so personable and explained each process thoroughly. We will be using Zerorez again and recommend highly to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

I totally destroyed my home to clear as much as possible out of the way. Spots and traffic areas came back and so did pet odors. The carpets felt gummy when it was humid. I had to destroy my house again to get it redone. The same technician came the second time. It would be far better to send someone else when there is a problem. It certainly didn't live up to the hype.
The technician was great. The carpet stains are gone and the carpet feels soft and clean again!

Our carpet was not in the best shape and is getting older now, so we were very pleased to see how well it turned out. Having pets can take its toll on carpet but the carpet looks so good now and feels so clean, with no residue like other cleaning companies have left on the carpet. I must say without a doubt the best thing was the man who cleaned the carpet. I believe his name was Andrew. He was thoughtful, polite, and well informed on the product and did the best job! The cost of cleaning stairs should not be a separate cost and be included in the 3 room special or the large room cost.
I heard about your services via listening to the "Chicks On the Right" WIBC Radio show.
My wife was going to call another cleaning company but I said "no, I want to try this company I have been hearing about on the radio". The Chicks seem to be honest and sincere in their personal experiences with Zerorez. I am happy to say we experienced the same results. Andrew, your Technician, was on time and did a fantastic job in cleaning our chairs and the carpet with both being at least 10 years old. Andrew explained the process and was very polite and personable. Carpet was cleaned well, however I recommend my neighbor and she said the tech Patrick used dryers in carpet during the cleaning and hers was dry by the time he left, my tech did not do that and my carpet was pretty wet for few hours
used the "thingy" that sucked dirt out of my carpet before they cleaned and used commercial dryers to help speed up drying time. Plus the all natural chemicals.
I really appreciated that the service man didn't try to do a hard sell on other products and that I could understand what he was saying. he was very courteous and quick. thanks!
