The carpets are clean and stay clean, the spots do not return. Even old spots that have been in the carpet for a long time have disappeared.
I like that no chemicals are used in the cleaning process.
The was tech was very courteous. I really liked how fast my carpet dried. I thought your 3 room price was reasonable but the price to clean my rug was a little high & the price to clean my tile seemed very high (I did'nt have tile done).

Eric was diligent, efficient and very pleasant to have in the house.
The service tech was on time polite, respectful and, most importantly, good at his job. He listened to us about specific needs and concerns and, addressed. He worked steadily and was done in an astonishingly short. My husband and I walked around expecting to find something he missed but, found nothing. He even got a substantial red wine stain (a bottle exploded and, most of it soaked into the dining room carpet.
The carpets dried much more quickly than we would have expected. We were left with startlingly clean carpets and, a pleasant, soft fragrance.
I will use ZEROREZ for future floor care needs and, most assuredly recommend them toy family friends and nerghbors.
Patrick & Simone were here on time, very professional and easy to work with. When completed, I saw a couple of small spots remaining, and Patrick got them out. Best carpet cleaning I've ever had-better than what I paid for a post-remodeling cleaner last summer. Had 1 company that promised they could remove a white-ish stain from a humidifer. It was better, but now has faded? with the white ring back. Will definitely use Zerorez again!

I loved that Zeroez was able to get some of the soap out of my carpets that was there from past cleanings from a do-it-yourself carpet cleaner. I also loved that machine you use to get ground in dirt and pet hair out of the carpet fibers. Brad did an excellent job and I plan on having him come back and clean our sofa.
It seemed to take too long to dry the carpet. Took over 12 hours.

The ladies who spoke on the phone did a great job. But I was under the impression that my rugs would be evaluated and measured before they determined how much was to paid. This did not occur. The 3 rugs were simply collected and payment required verified by a mobile app. We expected more questions and analysis before the rugs were taken. I am concerned my rugs will return in no worse shape than when they were taken to be cleaned.

The work was done well but seems a litl expensive. But I didn't shop around. Eric was very accommodating and professional.

Great work and staff very professional
Wall protection, professional, wore booties, spent as much time as needed to really clean the carpet and even removed old grease stain and amazingly most of a large rust stain! I am impressed. The only issue I have is that it took a long time to dry and even though I wore clean white socks, my tile and wood floors all had footprints which I had to clean the next day. Wish there were some way to super dry the carpet quicker. Please do not use my name, but you can use my words.
