I like that only water is used to clean my carpets and the technician was very nice and thorough.

I heard about this on the radio and thought I would give it a try. Very disappointed, I had 3 rooms cleaned, it took the tech about 45 minutes and it looked like it was vacuumed only. I actually took resolve carpet to some spots when I got home that were still showing on the carpet, and the spots came out with resolve. Not sure what you use to actually get the spots out but it didn't work. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

The Zerorez staff were very friendly, explained everything in detail and cleaned the areas incredibly quickly. I am very pleased.

Just didn't get in all the areas. Was not happy with family room. There was still dirt along the baseboards. It was dirty in there but I had cleaned as well as I could. I don't feel the cleaner did his best because of the rug being dirty. I don't know what can be done. Just felt that the last time I had Stanley Steamer I got a better clean.

Not sure. Only used you once. I like how fast my carpet dried after. Also the service tech was very knowledgeable about the products and what's chemicals not to use on my carpet. Thanks for your service! Will definitely be using you again next year for our annual carpet clean!

products worked very well and the young man who did the work was very good.

On this "redo" visit the 2 young men did an excellent job and went to great lengths to clean up what wasn't cleaned up 2 weeks earlier. They got rid of the yellowy/pink mold in the shower and got out every large and small spot I pointed out that wasn't cleaned before!!
My only concern is the inconsistency of the work. If I knew for sure I would have results like the second time around then I would have you all clean our carpet and tile regularly.

Exceptional cleaning

The people really care and have an amazing work ethic. I have over 600 clients with dogs and cats and have told everyone about zerorez. I have been in the dog & cat care business for 8 years and have never had as good of a carpet company as I have found with zerorez. Keep up the great work!

I like being able to schedule an appointment on line. I like the company's contact regarding arrival time and satisfaction. The tech was wonderful. Love how good the carpets look and they feel great and not "crunchy".

The initial cleaning was a total disappointment, the family room looked as though it hadn't been touched, all seasons room had a specific area that didn't clean well, I have recently noticed spots in the master bedroom and upstairs landing. Also, when I scheduled the servive on line, I requested the 3 room pkg,(mst bdr, 2 add'l bdr) 3 bathrooms, family room, and stairway, then i called and added an all seasons room. The technician didn't clean the blue bdr which I specified on line (dark blue room-spot due to coke spill) the room was omitted. I did give Zerorez an opportunity to redeem themselves and called to have a second cleaning in the family room and paid to have the (blue bdr)cleaned, which I thought was paid originally and am still unhappy. As I mentioned I nave noticed in different areas spots that were there before the cleaning and I feel the over all appearance of the carpet looks like it needs cleaned. The only area I feel is satisfactory is the stairway. I really am disappointed in the overall experience, i really don't feel like i should have to pay for the service, since i am going to have to have it cleaned once again.

I was led to believe the stains would disappear, and they are still visible. I even paid extra for the pet stain treatment. I feel like I overpaid for the job that was done.

Scheduling was quick and easy and the work was done throughly and in reasonable time. Nice to not have harsh chemicals.
