Professional service personnel and removal of stains that have been in carpet for years.
Didn't disappoint at all. I just don't really recommend carpet cleaning to friends (I haven't once in my 45 years of life). So it's doubtful I will do anytime soon.
QUick, reasonably priced, qualified and knowledgeable technicians.
No harsh chemicals
The tile and grout cleaning performed in our bathroom was great except that there is approx. 1 in. from the edge of the wall out (and it goes all the way around the perimeter of the pathroom) that did not get cleaned. I'm assuming it is due to the way the equipment is designed, that it can't reach all the way to the edge. I did not mention it to the service person who was here as I thought the remaining discoloration might have been wet areas that just needed to dry. I'm not sure that there is anything that can be done as I don't know how your equipment is designed.
The carpet cleaning, including the pet treatment, was very satisfactory.

No chemicals used in cleaning. Carpet looks beautiful and even the air in the house smells fresher. Definitely will call again next year.
They arrived on time and did an excellent job.
Techs were an hour and a half late and spent less than 30 minutes from entering to leaving. They offered to clean one rug but not the runner that matched. No shoe covers or fans were used. Carpet is still wet over 24 hours later. Carpet was clean (I clean every 6-8 months) and house smelled very clean. Overpriced in others I have used in the past

My carpet feels much softer than it did after other professional cleanings. More like a freshly laundered towel.
This is the second home that we have had ZeroRez out to and been please with the results. We did have some "worn and very dirty" traffic spots in front of what used to be the old owners sectional that didn't come all the way clean, but that could be the quality of the carpet. Overall, we like the results.
