What I like most is the fact that my carpet feels like brand new carpet when I'm barefoot, in the past when I've had it cleaned it would feel very stiff after cleaning, and so far it looks better than ever especially the high traffic areas!!!

The young man who cleaned our carpet and shower was very courteous but honestly none of it looks clean. We've had wool carpet in one of our rooms for 17 years and spots came out with regular cleaning over the years. We've had some recent spots show up over the last 6 months and had him work on those specifically. When he was done i asked him why they weren't coming out and he said they might lighten up once dry or they might be actual stains. As far as the shower it looks just as dirty as it did before he cleaned it. Occasionally I use bleach spray to fight the pinkish mold which helps for a while but chose to have you all clean it instead because bleach can be so harsh and it's only a very temporary fix.

The carpet looks brand new. I had two of my area carpets taken to the rug spa, very excited to see how they look after a week at the spa. The technician we had was Curtis and he was fantastic. The next time I have my carptes cleaned we will diffently ask for him. He was very knowledgeable not pushy. I will never use any one else. Zerorez is the way to go!

Well at first I was so happy and really liked the guys Patrick and Curtis (?). The displays were great. But in two days all the stains were back with a vengeance and it looked like I had not even had the carpet cleaned!!!! I like that they are free of soaps and chemicals. I like how fast the carpets get cleaned, and how fast they dry.

Pleasant experience. Technicians were prompt and efficient, answered all my questions. Carpet looks very good. There was a light odor for awhile but that has disappeared. We went on vacation the day after the carpet was cleaned so having the house shut up may have entered into the situation.
