Exceptional cleaning

The people really care and have an amazing work ethic. I have over 600 clients with dogs and cats and have told everyone about zerorez. I have been in the dog & cat care business for 8 years and have never had as good of a carpet company as I have found with zerorez. Keep up the great work!

I like being able to schedule an appointment on line. I like the company's contact regarding arrival time and satisfaction. The tech was wonderful. Love how good the carpets look and they feel great and not "crunchy".

The initial cleaning was a total disappointment, the family room looked as though it hadn't been touched, all seasons room had a specific area that didn't clean well, I have recently noticed spots in the master bedroom and upstairs landing. Also, when I scheduled the servive on line, I requested the 3 room pkg,(mst bdr, 2 add'l bdr) 3 bathrooms, family room, and stairway, then i called and added an all seasons room. The technician didn't clean the blue bdr which I specified on line (dark blue room-spot due to coke spill) the room was omitted. I did give Zerorez an opportunity to redeem themselves and called to have a second cleaning in the family room and paid to have the (blue bdr)cleaned, which I thought was paid originally and am still unhappy. As I mentioned I nave noticed in different areas spots that were there before the cleaning and I feel the over all appearance of the carpet looks like it needs cleaned. The only area I feel is satisfactory is the stairway. I really am disappointed in the overall experience, i really don't feel like i should have to pay for the service, since i am going to have to have it cleaned once again.

I was led to believe the stains would disappear, and they are still visible. I even paid extra for the pet stain treatment. I feel like I overpaid for the job that was done.

The service was very professional and friendly. My carpet was in poor shape and had several pet stains. After treatment, my carpet was free of any spots. I will definitely use Zerorez for future cleaning. Thanks.

Scheduling was quick and easy and the work was done throughly and in reasonable time. Nice to not have harsh chemicals.

I like that the company uses fewer/less harsh chemicals, the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, they worked hard, and the cost (at least with the Angie's List deal) was reasonable.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

The technicians were great but the finished product was not what I had expected...my carpets still look dirty on the heavy traffic area and the ink spot that was in my daughter's room is still there. I paid a lot of money for your services and I have to say that it was not worth the price that I paid. Very disappointed.

Service was great. The gentleman who came to our house was polite, professional and did a great job. The service itself was excellent, and our floors look great!

I like the fact that they clean your carpets without a lot of soapy, sloppy mess..they are in and out in no time .. It looks clean and it smells clean!

The staff was professional and completed the job much quicker than I expected and they did excellent work!

Great customer rep (arranged for an appointment sooner than 1st made)and a friendly, knowledgeable technician. He was able to get out almost all the stains(rust stain remains).

My carpets cleaned up very well, we has spots from my daughters puppy and they came right out. The only thing I didnt like was the carpets were wet for hours, really not dry until the next morning.

Guy that came to clean was very professional and respectful. He gave suggestions but wasn't too pushy and we did have him do some add-ons because he was honest. We will use you again - the only thing is one of our rooms could have probably used the deodorizer that we used in our living room. The scheduling department was spot on with timing and that was extremely impressive - the guy that came was on time to the minute.

Not happy with the fact that the only thing that I have received from you through email was feedback request. I never received the email confirming my internet request for service, the email that told me my time frame on my cleaning date or an email with a copy of my receipt.

Patrick the technician was polite and explained everything he was going to do. He answered all my questions. My carpet is so clean. It looks almost new. I am very impressed. I will use your company again.
