Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and the technician was very knowledgeable.
The tech came with no water in his truck and asked to use ours. If you water is the special "thing" you have, how can you use ours? Did we get our carpets cleaned with just plain water? Also, the truck didn't work and the tech had to leave and come back. You don't move any furniture...a standard done by Stanley Steamer. You have extra charges for standard items - removal of water? The carpets were quite wet when you left and they did not feel soft like they were when we put them down. This was the first cleaning we had on them. We have already received a note from you, we appreciate that, but, I don't think there is anything you can do to get us as a customer. We will go back to Stanley Steamer.

They could not get the stain out that is by the front door. It was lightened but it already looks bad. The rest looks good and the two men that came were very nice and informative. I may or may not use you again. I usually do it myself. I was treating myself and heard about you from The chicks on the right.

The carpet is not clean. Zerorez is coming back to reclean.
I thought the carpet in my living room was a lost cause. But Zerorez restored my faith. All the pet stains were removed and my house smells A LOT better. The technican arrived on time, was very nice and cleaned the carpets super fast. I'm so happy with the service that Zerorez provides!

When he finished the carpets looked great but within a few hours one spot appeared that was not even there before and another spot came back. Also found a small hole in the carpet in that wasn't there before.

My 11 yr old kitchen tile and grout looks almost new again. I can see where the machine didn't get right underneath the cabinets and it's both disgusting and wonderful to see how clean 98% of the floor is now. I'll take a magic eraser and clean around the cabinet base and the wall edges. Carpet also looks good. We had pee stains and those didn't come completely out, but I knew they wouldn't and the gentleman that came to the house said he wasn't sure. At least the smell is gone. Thank you and also thank you for coming to my house even though it was out of your area.
Alex was great. I had a problem area and while it wasn't coming back to new condition, Alex got it as close as possible. I atribute that to him and his dedication to good service and to your products. I will be calling you to do the next area when I am ready.

The traffic patterns dried and they were still very evident. I am disappointed. Hoping they are clean anyway but not happy w the way they look. Alex was very nice. Good representative but once dry carpet disappointed.
