The service gentleman was very helpful and you could tell he cared about what he was doing.
The only misleading statement per your website is that the carpets would be wet for 4 to 6 hours. They were still wet 26 hours later when I arrived home the following evening. Also, discounting 10% for dealing with a broken pump on the truck at 5:45 pm on Saturday night, was a joke. I waiting at home during the entire window and then another 45 minutes, and then had to reschedule for two nights later, leaving work early is all worth way more than 10% of my total bill. I felt bad for the gentleman as he wanted to resolve the problem, but he had zero support from the home office or other trucks as everyone was done for the day Saturday night.
Odor free! Easy scheduling process.
The technician was very thorough and spent time making sure our rugs were clean. He also made sure to check if I ever had any questions.
They do a wonderful job and the tech was very knowledgeable

The tech was very friendly and explained the whole process, including his inability to really get the traffic areas cleaned, but the other areas of my carpet are not clean either. Now that the carpet is dry I can see all the stains that were missed/not carefully cleaned. In the past I have been more successful cleaning stains with over-the-counter carpet cleaning products that cost a lot less than Zerorez charges.
The service guy that came out was excellent. Not complaining about him at all. Carpets looked good too. I just did not think the tile floor I had done was worth the price I paid. I could have mopped it and it would have looked the same.
Terrific service--great results!! Our carpets and furnishings are so clean and fresh. I truly like the quick drying time and the softness of the carpeting--no nasty residue. Very pleased!

I really like the 2 step process and the fact that you only use empowered water, no detergents or chemicals. Curtis was very professional, efficient, and friendly! I would give him a 12 on the 10 point scale job well done!
Your price was competitive with Stanley Steemer which I have used for years. The young man that did the work was very nice and worked hard. The carpet came out fine (it is old carpeting and was very soiled) The grout cleaning was a disappointment. (you did 3 bathrooms) When we did the walk thru it looked ok (not as good a job as SS had done in the past but ok). However, when it was all dried and when I go into the back, it is obvious that nothing was done behind the doors. The chemical had probably been sprayed there, but the pooling effect of a liquid was quite obvious... in all 3 baths behind every door.
What can you do?? You can gently talk to the young man to explain how cleaning behind the door is a big deal. People close themselves in the bathroom and the tile behind the door is completely exposed. He had no intention of doing a bad job, but that is how it turned out for me. I don't know, but I don't think any scrubbing was done on the tile floors. Your competition scrubs and that may be why the result is so different.
Returning to fix it is not an option. We have back to back company and new grandbabies for the next several months. I do not intend to "bad mouth" your business, but please know I won't be back or recommending it to friends.

It wasn't SUPER! Wet that was nice
Our carpets look great! Patrick, our cleaner, was very professional and walked me through the process. He showed the difference between Zerorez cleaning and the competition, and took the time to show my 10 yr. old son some of the science in the process. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who would like to get their carpets cleaned.
I had one stain I really wanted out of the carpet and zerorez couldn't get it out.
The carpet got cleaner than I expected it to.
The carpet felt soft. The steps looked like new carpet.
Upstairs looked great downstairs looked ok but I was hoping for stairs and edging to look better. It also didn't smell any different. Technician was very nice though I don't think it's his fault!
Patrick was friendly and professional. He graciously agreed to clean a small chair and my outside cushions even though I originally had not requested that. The carpet was dry that evening.
No chemicals
They where booties when in homes, bring fans to assist with drying. Very courteous and polite .
