Well at first I was so happy and really liked the guys Patrick and Curtis (?). The displays were great. But in two days all the stains were back with a vengeance and it looked like I had not even had the carpet cleaned!!!! Pleasant experience. Technicians were prompt and efficient, answered all my questions. Carpet looks very good. There was a light odor for awhile but that has disappeared. We went on vacation the day after the carpet was cleaned so having the house shut up may have entered into the situation.

While I felt the manager was not understanding of our particular situation, we had a great technician, Erik was very pleasant and courteous. I would highly recommend Erik to anyone and hope we have him again!

I like that your service works and gets out hard spots. I also like the professionalism of your staff. Patrick was our service guy on Friday and he was awesome. So helpful and professional! My mom met him and was raving about how great he was (that's a hard thing to do -- impress my mom. Ha!)

Anyway, I feel silly because I didn't tip him. Are you supposed to tip the service guys? Seriously, I have no idea and couldn't find a good answer online. Patrick definitely deserved a tip -- I just didn't know what was standard protocol.

Carpet was cleaned only where things were not in the way. Something as simple as a child's book being on the ground was not mentioned or moved. I was very disappointed as the experiences I have had with other companies include moving of all furniture and cleaning underneath everything. This is for a comparable price, so to spend the same money and only get half the job done is extremely disappointing!

Like the cleaning process and how soft the carpets feel..almost like new!! Very thorough. No unpleasant odor. Curtis did a great job explaining what he was doing and what to expect.
