Bryan, the technician, was extremely professional and did an amazing job. My carpets looked 100% better after he was finished. While he was working, he called me into each room to show me the difference in the carpet, and also pointed out one or two difficult spots. I feel that being apprised of the work this way showed how committed Zerorez is to good costumer service.
Prices should be discounted when spending a certain amount. I spent over $300 but didn't have my couch cleaned because ala cart price was $199.
The project was done professionally, thoroughly, and made us feel much better about moving into the house. Thanks!

Friendly and responsive customer support, with great follow-up. The cleaning crew was very polite, on-time and offered suggestions for retaining cleanliness of the carpet. The carpet looks very good. Spots were removed we had not thought could be cleaned. Very happy with the results.

Showed up early! The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was very courteous, informative and great what he does. He actually got black paint out of my carpet!!!! It didn't take him any time at all to complete the job. My carpets look fantastic!
