CARPET WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY- I CALLED BACK WITH GOOD INTENTIONS OF JUST HAVING MY CARPET RE-DONE- I HAD TO RESCHEDULE MY APPT TIME- I CALLED BACK TODAY 11/11/2014 @ 2PM AND THE LADY I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS TARA OT SARAH WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE--I AM VERY DISAPOINTED THAT AN ORGANAZATION WOULD TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO PAID $1883.00 LIKE THIS. AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN

I was impressed with the professionalism of our guy, i was very happy with him... on the carpet in our bathroom and the great room we noticed stripes on the carpet where you can tell that they have been cleaned and they don't seem to be going away. Is there something i can do to get rid of this?

Better spot removal. I was able to remove spots after the Zerorez cleaning with Spot Shot (we use this at home all the time for animal stains) that the cleaners and process could not remove. The process cost almost twice as much as other methods (Stanley Steamer, etc.) that I have used and the litmus test for me whether it was worth the premium will be how long the carpet remains clean. The technician stated that the other methods leave a residue that attracts dirt because of the residue that is left behind while Zerorez does not leave a residue. The technician gently asked me if I wanted to add carpet protectant, and I declined (as I have in the past with the other methods) because it is similar to an appliance warranty; a cash cow for the seller. Topical products are quickly worn away. The crew was on time and very nice young gentlemen. Let's leave this open based on how the carpet cleaning holds up.

I liked the friendly man who cleaned the carpets. I liked that I carpets were dry within 8 hours. I liked that Justin showed up when he was supposed to show up. I have already recommended your company to one neighbor.

Also, our carpet cleaner Bryan was incredibly nice and was able to explain how the process works. He used my first name when asking questions, was very respectful about being in someone's home and even engaged my 3 yr old in conversation. Great customer service sets your company apart!

The citrus-smelling fragrance that was used during our carpet cleaning smelled really good! I like that you specialize in carpet cleaning. It's what you do! I actually found a cheaper quote from Sears, but Sears!?...I did not feel they had the credibility.

Zach was on time--actually ahead of schedule--very nice and courteous. He kept us updated the entire time and pointed out tough stains or if something didn't come out.

My carpets were soft to the touch and smelled very clean. Appearance was wonderful. Service tech, Andrew, was polite and professional. Excellent customer focus.

It got most of the stains out of a 10 year old carpet that has been trashed by my lovely children and their friends.... no fumes or odors which was a definite bonus. Carpet looks new again, which is a miracle. Technician was great, explained everything honestly and in a friendly way. Left house clean and tidy - you wouldn't have known he'd been here, except for the clean carpet!

I thought for the higher price, my carpets would look cleaner than previous cleaners. The worker did a very thorough job but I don't feel the process (without chemicals) gets the carpets as clean as traditional methods. I also thought the drying time would be shorter(as advertised) but it took just as long for my carpets to dry as it usually does.

I like that the carpets are soft and dried fast! I didn't want to use anything with soap or more chemicals. Very satisfied with the service provided.
