Move the sofas and clean the carpet beneath and behind
I like the procedure and special way of cleaning, however, this time the gentleman did not use the power brush and I was disappointed.

Patrick was very informative about everything and almost every stain came out. He had to put in a lot of elbow grease and time to do such a good job. I'm a very pleased customer.
I bought a carpet cleaning machine several years back. I thought I would drag it back out and take 4 to 5 hours out of my tired body to get the carpet looking decent again, then I fell a sleep thinking about how tired I was after the last time I did it-and nobody thought anything more of me for doing it! The next morning while listening to my favorite radio station WIBC, I heard a commercial for Zerorez and I thought 'eureka!' so I called and set up an appointment. A couple of days later they showed up to meet my mother at the house for the cleaning. Boy was mother impressed! So impressed she called me to tell me how great it looked when they were finished and how polite the gentlemen were. I thought 'how great could it be?' so I ran back to the house between jobs and the fellows were just packing up. When I walked in my jaw dropped in amazement! I told the fellows the carpets haven't looked this good for years. I was very impressed and said I would definitley be calling again. Thanks again Zerorez for a wonderful job!! Steven R Starks
1. We like not having soap residue left in our carpet
2. We had dog urine stains that were completely removed!
3. Bryan Sims, our cleaner, was very personable and walked us through the job when he finished.
4. We received a complementary spot cleaner.
I didn't think the carpets appeared really clean and bright.
