They came back to repeat the carpet cleaning after I wasn't satisfied last time, but talked me into a deeper cleaning solution for the pet stains. It didn't seem to do much better, the stains seem to be getting darker. Unfortunately, It was really chilly outside, so it took about 3-4 days for the carpet to fully dry. And I felt like there was a residue left afterward. I kept walking onto my kitchen floor after walking on the carpet, and it was making my kitchen floor sticky.

Erik and his partner were great ... on time, courteous and friendly. They did a wonderful job and walked us through the entire process before starting. Everything looked (and smelled) great when the finished up. Great experience and great customer service.
I thought the service tech was very thorough and really went above and beyond to take care of my rugs.

The men who come to do the services so far have been very professional and have done a very thorough job. I would recommend Zerorez to someone if they asked.
My carpets don't look like they were cleaned at all. They feel crusty/stiff, like all the dirt wasn't removed and still have a dog smell.
Woth 4 dogs and 2 cats,and kids keeping the carpets clean is very essential to us keeping a clean and healthy home. Zerorez not only pretreats, cleans, and sanitizes they do it with out chemicals that could ruin the carpet and the environment.
